"Easter brunch was excellent. Wait staff is always attentive and atmosphere provided a very enjoyable outing. We have attended tastings at this restaurant as well as many other occasions and are impressed with the use of local produce and quality of service. We chose the tasting menu, great potato leek soup, smoked pork tenderloin which was quite flavorful with sweet potatoes and green beens and strawberry crisp for dessert, a sweet ending and filling meal."

"Terroir provided a truly fabulous evening, outstanding food/wine/service. We chose scallops (when my friend asked if she could have a sauce other than the one on the menu, we were assured a substitution could easily be made), the most delicious salmon I've ever tasted, a unique spinach salad that was ample for 2 and an incredibly rich butterscotch pudding (Betty Crocker, eat your heart out)! We only wish this restaurant were open for lunch."

"This is the best restaurant in the area.The chef is incredibly creative in his menu.The cooking itself is outstanding.The pastas that are made daily in the restaurant are tasty and perfectly prepared.There is always some locally produced food that has a fresh taste.The wine list is short but Melissa Newell manages to seek out interesting new wines and always has a great Colorado beer list as well as excellent craft beers from the midwest and west coast.We are frequent diners here and it always is a great meal with some surprises.This time it was a butterscotch pot de creme dessert that had all of us oohing and ahhing!"

"What a wonderful find. This restaurant is tucked inbetween other businesses, but is worth the search. We loved the option to have a smaller portion size.The lobster ravioli and the Gnocchi were very good. Prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be returning."
