We dined at Terrace Club for the final Saturday night home Indians game. It was our first time and we will definitely be back! The restaurant manager greeted us at our table and was delightful. Great view of the field and we were not rushed. Excellent food...a nice departure from ballpark food!

Somewhat disappointed. Perhaps because it was an odd hour game and at the end of the season with the Tribe already eliminated from contention. Service was good but buffet was sparse compared to other times we have dined here. Selections too heavy on taco/burrito/southwestern fare. Buffet chef was extremely cordial and outgoing. Manager politely encouraged us to finish up to make room for more diners who did not appear to be waiting or who had not as yet appeared. Waitress told us not to rush; she was very nice. Next year we may select other dining options. Someone spending a hundred bucks should not be rushed. I work in a service industry and our belief is that we had nothing to sell but service.

Made a reservation for this facility about three weeks ahead of our dining date. We were seated at a table with no field view, yet tables with a view of the field remained empty. We asked to be relocated, and after a 45 minute wait, we were given another table. The food was just OK, and the service was slow. I'm glad the season has ended, and apparently, so is the staff and management at this restaurant.

Indian's season ticket holder who's loved Terrace Club for entertaining/sitdown meals at games. Booked reservation months ago. Still got table way back - puzzling many good empty tables close to window. 89 yo diabetic mother with us in wheelchair left at the hostess stand. Waited at least 20 min. No one greeted us! Manager walked by often ignoring us (not first occasion happened here). We asked her about waiter. Waited a bit, Still no service. Calmly walked out sans drinks, meal, missing only Tribe score. Manager when getting wheelchair muttered something re impatience. No apology/goodbye. $ dogs in seats. Anticipated nice night with mother/daughter (stressed grad student was promised rare good meal with family). Sad Terrrace Club!

9/25/14 It took over 30 minutes to be noticed by server. It took over 55 minutes to get our food. Only a fraction of the dining room was filled. When we told our server that we had been waiting over 50 minutes, she offered to buy us dessert. The most frustrating part of our experience was that the hostess--the lady in the orange sweater-totally ignored us. I waved to her to get her attention while she stood on the upper level talking to another employee. She shook her head, ignored us and kept on talking. After the waitress finally served us dessert, then the hostess finally came to see if we were OK. A little too late and much too little. Jane Tomaszewski

The Terrace club is a great place to watch a game. The table I had was only good for watching the game on the overhead monitors. When i was able to make reservations directly through the Terace club I would get a great veiw. I am done with Open Table. I entertained several people and the bill was $300.00. The food was fine, the table was unacceptable.

The food was very average. The service was completely unacceptable! We arrived at the start of game time, noon, and never got out of the restaurant till the end of the fifth inning! Our waitress was invisible. When we asked for the check, it took 15-20 minutes to get. When it came, it was wrong! The manager had combined ours with another table. It took another 15-20 minutes to get it corrected. One of the waiters kept delivering food to the wrong tables, including ours. They either were an all new staff, not well trained, or just completely incompetent.

Most food at the stadium is over priced and short and quality. Not so at the Terrance Club for the Seafood/Clam Bake. The clams were done to perfection as were the lobsters and beef. Corn and seafood chowder was served at perfection. Food on the line was always hot and served at the proper temperature. Salads were unique with four varieties available. Server we had was multitasking on other jobs than serving. Through open table we were seated at a table which was a former serving station. No view of the game. The hostess, give her five stars found us a table with the a very good view of the game and fire works.

My wife and I visited the Terrace Club on Saturday September 6, 2014. Expectations were slammed by realization. The place is old and looks it. The view of the field where we sat was very good. The food is absolutely awful. The menu on-line doesn't match what was available. The bun on my sandwich was stale. I complained and was given "another stale bun"! The lettuce was wilted from sitting out so long. The waitress kept apologizing, but I informed her it was not her fault, and not to apologize for a lousy kitchen. A neighbor got iced tea that I could see through! In all, a bad experience for what we thought was going to be much better.

Made reservations in April and was taken to the last row of tables. A friend of mine made reserations three weeks ago and got a better table. Hostess said that tables are assigned through open table. We had to put our name on a waiting list and needed to wait a half hour to get moved closer to the field.

Made my reservations for Terrace Club over 5 months ago, yet got stuck at a table in which home plate was not visible while countless tables with good views went empty. There's a reason that the Indians organization is a laughing stock around baseball, and their treatment of fans is just another prime example

First time at the Terrace club-loved the view, waitress and staff were friendly. Clam bake was good. Overall nice experience for a special occasion. Coming to the ball park to watch baseball game-we had no desire to stay inside to watch the game. We also go somewhere different in downtown, when we come to the game-so many fun/different dinning options.

When made the reservations we did not know that it was the annual clam bake. I check the website a couple of times before we went to try to figure out what I wanted to eat and it never mentioned it. When we arrived and were given the menu the waitress pointed out that the menu was limited because of the claim bake. The claim bake buffet was $65.00 per person, needless to say that was more then our group wanted to pay for a meal. The menu left was very limited, out of the 6 people there 4 of us went with the burgers, which as in other review only comes one way well done regardless of what the waite staff says. We will not go back for dinner but the view was great.

They had a limited menu unless you wanted to spend $60 for the Clam Bake Buffet -- this should have been on the website. 2 of 4 orders were not correct and the food was not hot when it was delivered. The only reason to go here is convenience before the game and the view. There were so few people there, they ought to be able to provide great service and proper orders. And they didn't record that we were there so I got dinged by open table as a no show!

Attended a baseball game and had dinner before the game. Reservation was for 2:30pm for a 4:05pm game. Service was slow, appetizer came out 35 minutes after we ordered it and rest of the meal (hamburgers and fries) arrive a minute later by a different server. Needless to say we didn't enjoy the appetizer. Understand kitchen could be rushed, but noticed many appetizers going to other tables. I asked about the appetizer during refills and was told both time that it should not be much longer. The view is great, food was good but service needs to improve.

To summarize: Great view. Very good service. Food? Not so much. We were graciously seated at a front row table, watching batting practice from the perfect perspective. Our server Kris was delightful! Very friendly, attentive and thoughtful. Made the experience an enjoyable one. In retrospect, we should have gone with the buffet as the hamburgers (at ~$12) were surprisingly small. Also, I can understand why the restaurant need to get in a couple of seatings, but getting 2 reminders that we needed to be done and gone within an hour was a bit intrusive -- especially with lots of empty seats around us. Not sure what to suggest but just wanted to share how it felt.

The food was disappointing . It arrived cold, the fresh cut fries were cold, the bun was stale on my pulled pork sandwich. My wife's ruben was cold but the onion rings were tasty. The server was pleasant and accommodating. The device was outstanding. We have eaten here before, and it seems that the quality of food is going down. The potential is there, it is just a shame that the quality of food is lacking. We were totally underwhelmed.

The only problem that we had was that NO WHERE on the Open Table reservation page did it indicate that you also had to purchase a GAME DAY TICKET to get into the Terrace Club. We specifically did the 5pm pre-game reservation because we weren't able to stay for the game. Luckily, there were some folks on hand that were able to help us out. This needs to be more clear in the process.
