The shrimp appetizer I had was delicious. I was okay with the crispy calamari (I've had better--See Barcelona in SoNo & FFld and Parallel Post in Trumbull). The steak entree I ordered was outstanding. The truffle fries... the demiglace on the plate surrounding the perfectly seared and tender meat. And a simple dish of gelato to finish. I will also add that the wine I had (by the glass) was a velvety smooth and nicely priced Pinot Noir. Pleasantly surprised that the tab wasn't crazy, either.
