Our waiter made the perfect suggestion of the jalapeño-infused margarita! And while the margarita pitcher we ordered didn't deliver the bang for the buck we hoped for, the food and service more than compensated. The Cerdo Con Crepa is a hearty pork tenderloin dish with a fantastic presentation. The Molcajetes is a beef tenderloin served in a lava rock bowl that remains hot throughout the evening. Both dishes are generously proportioned and flavorfully spicy. Our server that night, Manuel, is as personable as he is informative; always there when needed, but never hovering. The restaurant makes efficient use of its space. Bartender made us each new fun drinks - which did not cost any more than those on the menu. I guess that makes it easier to wade through and decide, but some good items are now gone and the effect overall is somewhat less creative. While I find the food quite authentic, for people like my wife who are less into the authenticity (i.e., spiciness), that actually takes a little off the experience.
