As the evening started it was quiet and very easy to carry on a conversation but toward the end of dinner a younger crowd came in and the noise level went up to lets say a bad basketball game. This isn't just a problem of 10 but of most places to dine anymore. A quiet atmosphere where 2 people can enjoy themselves is almost non existent. Just the way of today's world where people don't respect others privacy and for that matter never take the time to dress up and make things special.
