Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Las Vegas features an on-campus, open-to-the-public restaurant, Technique, that is run by our students, who prepare and serve the meals.

We're very proud of our restaurant and the professionalism of our student chefs and servers. Many customers return again and again to enjoy our exemplary service and delicious meals. All aspects of food service and preparation are executed by our students under the supervision of our instructors.
