Technique at Le Cordon Bleu is a student run restaurant where active culinary arts program students gain a real-world experience throught the act of serving our valued guests in a safe classroom structure.
Technique practices the prix fixe concept with a more casual bistro style of… service. The food of course continues to embody the heritage and pride of the Le Cordon Bleu name. Lunch features a prix fixe menu with 2 courses for $16 and 3 courses for $19. Specials will also be offered.
Update: Technique currently has no students so we've asked Chef Lemmer to continue to serve our public with the help of some student workers. We've also pared down the menu to fewer, but just as tasty, options to insure quality.
