"A wonderful dining experience and I will go again as soon as I can. The chocolate bomb was delicious for dessert and the staff were very thorough. Beautiful salads and the main course that both my wife and I had were well prepared and creative."

"I was disappointed that the menu no longer includes a vegetarian option. The appetizer salad was delicious, but my meal of salmon and mashed potatoes was much too salty to enjoy. This is the first time I've not had a good experience here, so I will definitely give them another try."

"Four of the guests ordered medium to medium well steaks. The steaks were sent back three times before the food was cooked properly. When the plates were returned, the rest of the food was cold. The steaks were frozen probably because they were cold inside. Finally each of the people cut their steaks in peices so that the meat could cook. Actually the entree should have been started over after it was returned the second time. We spoke to the manager explaining what had happened. The students were almost ready to finish the class. I have been to Technique many times and it has always been excellent. this was the first time for mly friends and I do not know if they will return or not."

"This was a fun new experience. Overall, the food was very tasty but on the lukewarm side. The chefs need to work on the timing still just a bit. My partners meal was piping hot, while mine was decidedly cool.Front of the house needs to pay a little more attention to the details; missing utensils, slow to refill beverages, missing napkins. All minor items, but important to the overall enjoyment of the experience.Lemon basil tea was delish, Butterscotch pot de creme was delicious, halibut was yummy, pizza of the day was fab. Overall a very enjoyable meal. Will visit again prior to their closing down."

"Technique was an overall plus and we'd go again. The biggest disappointment was they had run out of several of their items, and we were stuck with a not very appealing choice of entrees. The food was ordinary, but well presented. I expected more, but am looking forward to trying again. The service was a little rough around the edges, but over all, it was fun. Charming servers will improve with a little more experience."
