Diner Reviews
  • "Has the best views of the bay in Somers Point, a cozy bar and attentive bar staff that make you feel very welcome and special. The menu has something for everyone's taste, with a little flair to each dish. Moderately priced, and well-prepared food make this a real find. Hard to believe that they aren't more busy."

  • "Enjoyed it very much, just wish it were not so expensive. We are locals and would love to stop once in awhile just to have a glass of wine and a lite bit but $50-60 is just too much for that and that has been a problem in the past with this location. However, the food is much better."

  • "Upon arrival we were ignored. There were few diners that evening and really no excuse not to be greeted at the door or station. With such a beautiful location and both indoor and outdoor bar area it's sinful not to have better service and food. We SO want this restaurant to succeed. When we dined here, before the remodel, the food was wonderful. This summer when my husband and I dropped in for drinks and bar food, we were not accommodated because the kitchen was "closing". With only one other customer at the indoor bar we thought we should have at least been offered options like nachos, pretzels, or a cheese tray. We live in OC in the summer, we'd love to make this our regular place to eat and hang, but 800 Bay will have to do better!"
