Tava blends the old with the new for a modern twist on traditional Indian cuisine. We make our Roti’s by hand and Curries from scratch – down to grinding the key spices that we use daily. We believe if you make a Curry it should be made and served one way. Many hours of slow cooking and marinating to perfection is how we achieve pure heavenly delight in each dish served at Tava. Our menu reflects our traditional roots, with subtle hints from around the world. We believe food should be fun exciting and at the same time unique, capturing your taste buds from the very first bite to the last. Seasons change and as they do so should your cooking. Fresh local produce changes throughout the year so not every dish can be offered all the time. Till this day our families still grow certain seasonal vegetables at home as the quality can’t be beat. We brought this school of thought into Tava, bringing our customers choice local ingredients and a menu that will change through out the year.Continued
