"At 6:00 on a Saturday Nite only one other couple there. If you want quiet setting and an attentive waiter this is the place. My steak was diner quality though. Wife's dish a bit better but nothing to write home about. Probably a lot busier during golf season."

"Celebrated both our 1 and 2 year anniversaries at Taste 99. Food is delicious and servers are extremely friendly. Great place to dine, and great views of the famous Bethpage Golf Course. Highly recommended."

"A very nice selection of appetizers or tapas portions. We had the mussels provencale which were ok not great and the artichoke hearts which were tasty. For a restaurant that appears to be fairly high end, the service seemed unpolished. Our waiter would come over and just ask one of us if we needed another drink and begin to leave the table while the rest of us also needed more drinks. Our water glasses weren't refilled but the salad was very fresh and overall the food was decent not inspiring."

"Quiet intimate living room like restaurant with generously portioned and excellently prepared food. Attentive and excellent service. Restaurant is difficult to dfind if not familiar with Bethpage State Park. Restaurant is located at the left entrance to the main park building and is some distance off Quaker Meeting House Road"
