Francesco, born and raised in Sorrento, just off the majestic Amalfi Coast of Italy, has always treasured the cultural offerings of his home country – the food, wine, the language and the lifestyle. He insists that a great gastronomic experience is only as good as the company with whom it is shared. Many diners will recognize him from his post In Great Neck where after 16 years of gracing patrons with his infectious charm, he has managed to develop a loyal following of loyal customer-compares.
