Catering: At Tapas de España we offer a variety of Spanish & Mexican food that we deliver and serve to your office, or home for any special occasion. We have catered employee/customer appreciation days, office parties, meetings, quinceañeras and many, many birthday parties.
We cater in the full Denver metropolitan area up to Castle Rock and Longmont. We can meet your needs from 10 to 500 guests. If you are planning a party or a reception we would like to invite you to sample our recipes. Call our banquet manager (Walter Meza) at 303-455-2500 to set a time that would be good for both of us.

"It is not much to look at from the outside and when they ask Spanish or Mexican menu, we were concerned. The paella was one of the best we have had since visiting Spain. Very meaty and fresh. The calimari was more fish than breading and was also excellent. The wait staff was attentative and helpful.
The prices were also very reasonable so we will be returning for another Spanish encounter soon."

"Having had tapas where they originated, this Mexican restaurant was a bit of a letdown. Did notice our group was the only one eating tapas. It's a nice Mexican restaurant, good for families who are brave enough to get off the beaten path."

"Not being very familiar with Tapas, the three of us thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The wait staff was very informative and efficient. The suggestions for ordering were great and we had a very nice mixture of hot and cold tapas. Their housemade Chorizo was excellent."

"ok for a greasy snack, but middling quality to everything & absolutely NO vegetables available as asparagus was "too expensive" according to the manager. Mediocre from start to finish: selection, preparation, presentation, & finished product. The "seafood" sampler was dominated by breaded, fried calamari seemingly from a frozen bag; the cold tapas was run-of-the-mill manchego cheese and some italian cold cuts, no better than a cheap deli offers. You could get a higher quality selection of this stuff at Costco (no knock on Costco). Servers friendly, accommodating. Above average Sangria best thing about the meal (red flag)."

"Tapas De Espana is two restaurants in one. It is a Mexican restaurant called El Senor Sol and the Spanish restaurant. There are two separate menus for the different named restaurants, but everyone sits in the same area. Interesting concept and the food is decent. Expect gigantic portions at reasonable prices. 9th Door and Ondo's are probably a little better, but you can spend the same amount of money here for a lot more food."

"The service left something to be desired. The food was decent enough. We had to get up to find a waiter to ask for water, drinks, or anything, which is unfortunate. It wasn't busy, so we weren't sure what was going on."
