We had driven 4 hours from the Bay Area to our home in Reno and were ready for a special meal. We both ordered the streak and prawns scampi. The sauce was delicious! The service as usual was the best. You can't beat the Tamarack for service! Our waiter found out we were also celebrating our birthdays and surprised us with desert, a wonderful chocolate cake with ice cream. The prime rib was prepared quite well, finally have a replacement for the good old Liberty Bell.
The service was very attentive but not intrusive.
