Takah Sushi will be closed for the off-season starting April 11th, but will be back open and accepting reservations as of May 28th.
Takah Sushi was born with the arrival of Aspen as a skiing mecca, but consider this premier purveyor of Japanese and Asian cuisine a legend in its own right, a must visit favorite of locals and tourists alike. We welcome you to our lively bar and lounge, entertain and delight you at our sushi bar or in our cozy dining room. For a very special and intimate evening we have created a small private dining room.

We go to Takah Sushi often. It is a good value for Aspen and we've never had anything but good experiences. The service, this last visit, was especially good; very attentive and the timing of our dishes was perfect. Especially enjoyed the calamari, yellowtail Colorado style shashimi, kobe beef sliders and Atomic Shrimp.
