A word from Taddeo's
Taddeo's offers family-style Italian dining, with large portions to share or half portions for more intimate meals. We are renowned for our fantastic pizza, and we feature classic Italian appetizers, salads, pastas, and entrées, with specials that change nightly. We take pride in making nearly everything in-house including our Italian sausage, meatballs, pizza dough, and all of our soups and sauces. Our breads are locally baked in Summit County and many of our meats are sourced from Colorado.

Please contact us with any questions regarding our gluten free menu. While accommodating our guests is our first priority, the quality and procurement of our gluten free pasta at times presents challenges - we want to ensure that we can accommodate your gluten free dietary needs.

We have nearly 85 hand-picked bottles on our wine list with more than 35 offered by the glass.

  • "This proposes to be an Italian restaurant but I have had better Italian food from the frozen section at Kroger! The calamari was like rubber bands, my son's risotto had so much lemon in it, it gave sour a whole new meaning, the eggplant was clearly frozen and way over cooked. The tiramisu at dessert was dry and flavorless. To top all of this off, I actually had to ask for freshly grated Parmesan cheese and when the waitress brought it, she grated and literally ran off, leaving my husband and son to say, "guess we reached our allotment of Parmesan!" She did not even stop to ask if they wanted any! This was one if the worst dining experiences we have ever had and I suggest Open Tabld drop them immediately so as not to ruin their reputation!"

  • "We ate at Taddeos last weekend. After I made the reservation I looked online & found reviews to be all over the place. Many poor reviews on certain sites known for picky reviewers. Our dinner was very nice. We ordered the Arancini for the app, it seemed to take a bit long to come out but the server acknowledged the time and apologized, when he brought it, he again apologized & the manager came right over and took it off our bill without us saying anything. I had the special ravioli of the night, it was delicious, very flavorful filling (beef & spinach) & sauce (gorgonzola). My bf had the steak medallions with pasta cooked in wine. His was also quite good, the sear on the steak was perfect. I would eat here again without hesitation."

  • "Good family style food service that enhanced our Breck experience. When we walked in, we requested a table with a mountain view. The hostesses response was sharp with "all of our tables are mountain view". Then when we were seated, our table had a window that did not close completely. They offered to move us, but it would have been back much further from the window table. We opted to stay there and prop our jackets up on the open window to avoid the draft. Good food-- family style enhanced our family trip skiing. Despite the curt hostess and open window-- we would go back!"

  • "First, the hostess was not friendly and didn't crack a smile when we walked in. Our server was very nice. The food was terrible. My spinach lasagna tasted like airplane food. Unless you are desperate, I would avoid this place."

  • "My husband loves good classic Italian food and we found a gem in Taddeo's. Our experience began w/friendly hostess, then knowledgeable and really nice waitress. We started with a kale salad, delicious as well as healthy. I had the chicken marsala and my husband the spinach lasagna, both very tasty and high quality. I really like the fact that you can order 1/2 portions, which we each got and they were generous. I consider a restaurant extra special when the menu items are so attractive, that it is hard to decide and Taddeo's fit this criteria. I am sort of limited at some restaurants as I don't eat beef and stay away from creamy sauces, but I had a lot of good looking choices here. We will go back and we heartily recommend it!"

  • "First night in Breck, and we returned to Taddeos as we had done on previous trips to the resort. It is a wonderfully warm establishment, good energy and good food. All the entrees met our expectations, and the service was timely, friendly and very helpful. We will always visit this restaurant for a very good meal each time we are in Breck."

  • "Our reservation was at 7 they sat us right on time but then we order drinks , app, waited maybe 10 min to order our entrees it all came out at the same time. We had all of our food courses served by 7:20 . The minestrone soup was flavorless. There penne vodka had no flavor. The sause very poor no flavor. As you can see there is a theme to there food flavorless. We left there very disappointed they didn't ask if every thing was ok. Our plates where still full and didn't want to take anything with us. Time we left it was 7:35 as we are leaving the table the bus people where already cleaning the table as we putting our coats on. I understand turning table it was that busy to been rushed."

  • "2014- Enjoyed a nice Valentines Day dinner with my wife and our 3 year old little boy. We had reservations and were seated right away which was nice. We ordered the spinach lasagna along with the chicken parmesan to share while our son had the small pepperoni pizza. Everything tasted great and had no complaints. Will definitely come back again soon."

  • "This is the second time we have come to Taddeo's while visiting Breckenridge. It's in a great location if you're staying in the main area of town, walking distance from many things. Great service and great food! Definitely an energetic scene, a little loud when we first got there, but quieted down as tables cleared out. Would recommend for anyone who wants some great Italian in Breck!"

  • "The menu has a great selection but the night we were there the kitchen was very, very slow. The server tried to make up for it and was very apologetic. They must have written off many appetizers that evening. It was appreciated. Small selection on the kids menu. We usually we at Bagali's in Frisco. Not as extensive of a menu but better ambience and food is more fresh. Would go back to Taddeo's if needing a place to eat in Breck without a long wait."

Service was attentive with good recommendations from wait staff. Bread (cold but resonably fresh) and olive oil were available to snack on. Ministrone soup was good too. Decor was ok but no real amience to speak of."

  • "We spend about 4 months a year up in Breck so I was really hopeful my experience here would be great as this restaurant is super convenient to our town home. Taddeo's has a nice setting, great location, good view, acceptable service, but the food is below average. Too bad as it would be soooo easy to fix this place with just a better cook and a better menu. How hard can it be to cook pasta! Everything just tastes bland and commercial. This was my second dinner at this restaurant (first was a year ago). It has, unfortunately, not improved."

  • "My family of 5 ate here the other night. The "full " size portions are what you would expect for one in most Italian restaurants. They say they feed 2. We ordered salad and a calamari appetizer that was mostly crumbs of fried batter. We ordered 3 full entrees and left very disappointed. There was barely enough to make 5 portions. Even the bread was bad. Cold and we had to ask several times for them to bring any. There are so many better restaurants in breck. Skip this one."

  • "Went for birthday of son's gf who is gluten intolerant . Website lists all pastas with gluten free alternative. After ordering told no gluten free pasta available. Owner stopped by to check on how we enjoyed the meal, made no real apology or offer to pay for a meal or dessert."

  • "My girlfriend and I sat in between two tables with children near the glass surround which resulted in a colder dining environment. The wine was good and plenty to choose from. The bread was chewy French bread that needed a facelift. The entrees were flavorful. The bar was loud and full. People placing take out orders with no place to go to do so and seating limited. Overall, it was a nice place but needs some redirects in timely assistance as we waking over 10mins to be greatest by a server who wasn't even sure we'd been greated. They can do better."

  • "We had a wonderful dinner, last minute at Taddeos. We found out it was their first night open for the season when we sat down. The salads were flavorful - both the spinach & caesar, mussels were wonderful, lamb was perfect and the pastas were yummy. They didn't have the chianti we wanted but made a really good recommendation. The greenhouse area was a little chilly in spite of the heat lamps but it did overlook the river. All in all a great dining experience. We will definitely return next time we visit Breckenridge."
