Diner Reviews
  • "Table 3 has a diverse menu with many healthy choices. The portions are a little bit on the small side, but that is how I would prefer all restaurants to be. There was some good live music, (Saturday night), and a nice outdoor dining section. Prices are fairly high, but the quality of food matches the price."

  • "Besides my GPS taking me to the wrong side of center, I found Table 3 and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very attentive and friendly. While we weren't presented with the daily specials...think the staff got interrupted and then forgot...however, we enjoyed the dishes we ordered off a varied menu. The band playing was excellent. We really appreciated that they were so close, but masterfully managed their amplifiers, so we and the other patio dwellers weren't blown out of our seats or conversations. It's quite a drive for us (coming from IL), but well worth the trip - great atmosphere and food."

  • "We had the specials which was prime rib and fresh fish. The wine list is good and our waiter was very knowledgeable. I would do it again and recommend."

  • "Erica was a wonderful. . .knowledgable and very nice. The food was great although the prime rib was just OK."

  • "A great outdoor dining spot with very good service. Unfortunately the shrimp grits would get an F when compared to low country cuisine."

  • "We have been steadfast promoters of Table 3 since it opened. While we would still recommend the place, our Saturday experience did not seem to have the pop of previous visits. Niki was trying, but we are used to a top notch wait staff! She stumbled on specials, first round of drinks was warm, second was late. We skipped dessert. Food was still fantastic - but a summer Saturday and no music? And what about that broken fire place facade? The ambiance always made up for the pricing, but when that slumps...hmmm."

  • " Our server had not come with our bill so we kept chatting and enjoying the evening. The hostess approached our table and inquired about our meals. She also indicated they were very busy this particular evening and she was backed up inside with persons with an hour wait to sit outside. We indicated we were waiting for our bill and she brought it back promptly. Well, there were several tables empty around us and also in the designated happy hour area. We went inside to exit there was no one waiting in the bar and inside was no where near full. I don't who they were waiting to turn over this table to dine? Table Three is a good choice if you like to eat and run."

  • "Not only is the food excellent but the setting has one of the best atmospheres out of any dining venue in St. Louis."

  • "First time there and loved it. They also have a great catering division that did a party for us at our house. Food, service, and attention to detail was excellent. Would highly recommend them."

  • "We used to love the food here! Do have the best patio, which we enjoyed until the food came. Hummus platter: Pita hard as a rock, veggies looked old, not a fan of raw broccoli either. Luckily we decided not to order fish this time, as a plate went by, served 3 tables away and we still smelled the fish ( halibut). Yuck. Asked if chef would make me an entree salad with protein on it, as he usually does. Server offered salad with the entree sirloin on it, instead of veggies- a $34 salad! No sliced steak salad or chicken ( they always do, after asking chef). Shrimp $4 a piece, so got the chicken- served a breast with drumette attached ( "airline"- in a salad? Tasteless. Bison burger dry, "Pomme Frittes"- soggy and old. So disappointed."

  • "Too many of the items contained peppers of various types - we don't eat peppers. One of the ordered scallops was raw."

  • "Little too pricey too add one shrimp to our dinner $4 is a lot. Ambiance was wonderful but I do not think overall we will be back. Service was slow and our waiter was a little over booked. I made reservations a few days in advance but we were seated at a tall top that could only fit a few drinks on. We wanted to have a nice dinner outside and finally got a table that would fit 4 dinner plates. The service was slow and food too pricey. Needless to say we will not be back and will not recommend to our local friends. Sorry."

  • "One of our favorite restaurants in the West County area. Never had a bad experience with food or service. "

  • "Great food at a locally owned restaurant is always a good thing. Atmosphere is really nice, and outside dining is available on a wonderful patio. Great music on the weekends!!!"

  • "Table Three is a delightful West County Surprise! It certainly is not the "typical" restaraunt we would expect to find in our neighborhood. The decor and atmosphere make one think of a trendy or hip restaraunt one usually associates with Clayton or the Central West End. I have never been to Table Three where I haven't seen the owner scurrying around. Her attention to detail is duly noted. The wait staff is excellent...very attentive, very professional, very helpful. I wish I could bring myself to try new entrees, but I am obsessed with the flatbread pizza and country salad. I order it every time. Best ever!!!! The option of patio seating and live music during the summer weekends can't be beat. "

  • "After our table of 4, spent nearly $300, we were asked by the owner to leave our table within 10 minutes of receiving the bill. Obviously table turnover and profit is more important than ensuring repeat patrons. I've never been asked to leave a table, and will never visit this restaurant again. "

  • "I took my wife here for our anniversary. I was looking for a romantic place that wasn't the usual chain resturant. Not too pricy, great ambience and a romantic setting fit the bill!"

  • " Teri our server was spectacular. The other employees were friendly and I recognized many of them as being there for a long time. Food priced well and presented in a visually pleasing way. Salads fresh. Desserts limited but the one we selected to share was excellent"

  • "My Salmon main course was great but the Kale/Spinach I think I could have done without. Very hard to eat with a Fork or anything else- very salty and deep fried spinach/kale is really "yucky""

  • "We have now twice been to Table 3 - all the way from West Virginia! Both occasions have been delightful, with tasty food, great wine, and friendly service. It is our favorite place when visiting the St Louis area. The wine was excellent and reasonably priced. All of our party of five enjoyed their meals. "

  • "This restaurant was on the Purina Farms recommended list of restaurants. We were delighted to find such a warm, fuzzy gem. The owner's husband, Bob, greeted us and made sure we were being taken care of. He even comped an aperitif, when he was out of my requested drink. The food was outstanding. We had the fish du jour and a pork dish. We look forward to returning when back in town. "

  • "We always enjoy table Three. The menu is great and they always have good off-menu choices that keep it interesting. If it's nice weather, the patio is really great."

  • "Table Three is a beautiful restaurant and we have had several meals here before without incident. This time while with a client, the service was poor. Our waiter did not write down anything even when one diner had multiple changes to his order...so things were wrong. Assuring us no pork in the mussels appetizer, diner upset to find pancetta pieces in broth, he forgot the sweet potato side; it came after entre finished. These items were taken off bill which was appreciated. He also forgot the other side of spinach and kale.Asked bus boy for toothpick and he acted like it was unheard of for such a request. My husband had to leave the table and ask for it himself at the hostess desk. I will say as always the hostesses are friendly and helpful."

  • "We love Table Three! This is our new favorite and we were once again wowed with the great food, great service and a wonderful experience. We've been dying for Spring to get here so we could dine on the patio and it was well worth the wait- made an already favorite place even better! If you're in Wildwood then you'll want to experience Table Three, if you're not, then you should make the drive- it's definitely worth it! Say hi to Beth and Bob- they love their customers and will make you feel right at home!"

  • "The staff here is very friendly and anxious to please. The food was very tasty. The down factors were that our original wine choice we ordered, a Cabernet Sauvignon, was not available along with the bison burger. It seemed to take the server too long to notify our table of these two outages."

  • "Our service at table three was horrible. Finally my husband had to ask someone else's server to get ours. When we ask when our food would be ready after an hour wait. She replied "well steaks take a while to cook." When we got out steaks that we ordered medium well they were medium rare. We were too hungry to send them back so we ate what we could. We all felt that we did not receive adequate portions. The steak had four small potatoes, and about 8 green beans. Honesty, I have had a better meal at Applebees. I have tried Table Three a few times now, but I think I am finished with spending so much money, and having poor service, small portions, and a huge bill."

  • "First time for us, nice place, would have dined outdoors as patio looked nice and had heaters but windy. Strong waiter, attentive but not overbearing. Watermelon gazpacho was nice but a little sweet, salad special lacked a little character in the dressing but fresh ingredients. Meditteranean flatbread was stellar, a highlight of our meal. Seared tuna entree was very nice and duck fat potatoes as a side were delicious. Cocktails were well made, a basic Vodka tonic for my wife and Ruby Red Gimlet for me, both refreshing and perfectly made. We also had tempura green beans for an app and they were crispy crunchy goodness, wished only for more aoli with them, as it was very tasty. No room for dessert but will try next time. Will be back!"

  • "This is my second time here, and the first experience was much better. I feel like they are trying to be something they are not. The menu is getting a little over done and they are trying to be too fancy. Our bill was a little over $100 for two plates of pasta, salads and a dessert, and we each had a drink. There is better out there for $100 meals."

  • "When we requested a few changes in the dishes we ordered, we were told the Chef makes no changes. We would never return for that reason alone. there are many, many restaurants that are closer to us, food just as good, and where the chef has less of an ego."

  • "The food was good and the service was great. I had no complaints. My wife's only complaint was that the creme brûlée was chocolate and not vanilla, but beside that there were no issues."
    Dined on 4/12/2014
  • "The food was good. The food was not worth what the price of dinner was. Also, our server told us they were out of the bottle of wine that we wanted, and of course suggested a much more expensive bottle. Come to find out later, we overheard another table order the original bottle of wine, and we asked our server about it, and he said that he "just found out they got more in". Hmm...."

  • "An all around wonderful dining experience. Everything was quite tasty and served beautifully. I enjoyed the Country Salad with dried cranberries and walnuts and ordered the Shrimp and Grits appetizer. The dessert options didn't have much appeal, but perhaps there will be other choices next time; and there will be a next time!"

  • "With the B&B movie theater just across the street, going here for dinner after a movie makes a perfect date night. We enjoy eating in the bar if it just the two of us. The food is always very good or we have found they will make you happy if it is not to your liking. It is on the expensive side and they charge for bread service. I don't mind this but would prefer a hardy whole grain bread rather than the sourdough they serve. All of the servers we have had have been exceptional. The owner is usually there and she is willing to consider requests or complaints. I look forward to nice weather because the patio is wonderful."
