I was so disappointed with this restaurant. Mediocre food, service and drinks. My first drink, Lusty Lemonade was mostly ice and water. I sent it back and the next drink was much better. Our waiter acted like we were bothering him throughout the meal. Very disappointed with Table 31. Much time I'm going to NYC!!

The food was "good", not "great", not "bad"...just "good". The NY Strip was a good cut and cooked correctly, but frankly I make a much tastier steak on my own grill just using olive oil/salt/pepper, without spending $46 for it. The coffee was served lukewarm, and I was brought the wrong flavor ice cream for dessert. I will not likely go back. Del Frisco's is about the same price range, and the food there is much better.

While the entrees and appetizers were fine, and the service was attentive, what's with restaurants running out of food these days? I don't dine out that often, but it seems lately that I've had more servers come back to the table with "we're out of that, sorry". One of the days specials and a dessert were both out. Otherwise, the food was presented attractively and my entree, at least, was good.

Hostess was having a bad day. Waiter was excellent and understood the food and wine well. He, I think his name was Joseph, is a professional. Passionate. Too bad the food did not deliver. The mussels had turned and had a bad odor. Maybe the tomatoes had turned. Ate half of them anyway because we were hungry. Steak was nothing prime. Crab salad absolutely no taste. None. Fish was not salt baked. It was pan fried. This is a huge difference in flavor and technique. In the end, if this is one of the best philladelphia has its ready for some real competition.

Took my niece to Table 31 for a nice lunch treat. The noise level was ridiculous. I asked to move out of the center of the room, and Matt our server quickly complied and gave us a table on the one side. He was great. This location was a bit better, but this is not the place to go if you want to have a quiet and casual talk. Felt like a lot of movers and shakers were there. Food was very good; the menu was extensive and had good variety of prices and serving sizes. Very disappointed in the ambience because of the noise.

Table 31 is a convenient place for business meals. We were served two courses at once with a brief apology. No refills on the iced tea (how hard can that be?). More interested in larger parties rather than our party of two.

Waiter repeatedly interrupted conversations. Failed to place meal order for one of the guests. Waiter failed to check on how food was prepared. For the cost, service and food failed to meet expectations.

Table 31 is a very nice place to eat or hang out. The previous reviews made this place sound terrible but is a very romantic place to go and eat. The reviews said they will not have certain food items that are on the menu. This is correct. We wanted the stuffed chicken and of course it was unavailble. The service was good, the foood was good, and the parking is good. Just valet park, it is soo much easier. Overall a very nice, fancy, high end place.

Everything about our dining experience was fantastic. Their signature cavatelli is to die for. One of our 4 person party (who is a very well-traveled diner) said his veal parm was the best he ever had, and he's usually on the critical side. I had some meatballs (3) with my cavatelli that were HUGE and delicious. I took two of them home and some of my cavatelli, which provided another great meal the next day. Our server was a Korean woman who's name escapes me, but she and her helpers were top-flight. I can't check off any particular choices regarding what I "recommend this restaurant for," because I believe it could be great for any occasion.
