Table 10Exceeded ExpectationsAttentive wait staff. Generous portions. Ordered the soup of the day - mushroom. It was flavorful w/o being over powering with perfect consistency. The Boston lettuce salad which was light and contrasted well with the heavier soup. It looked so good, the table next to us inquired and ordered the same salad. Entree - Kurobuta Pork. Thick cut, perfectly prepared, moist and tender. Dessert - Banana cream pie. As advertised, the BEST banana cream pie ever. The chunks of banana came 3 tiered, firm and perfectly ripened. I would recommend this location as a restuarant off the beaten path during a busy conference. The food is delicious and different than what is offered in many of the other resturants in the Venetian and Palazzo Hotels. We have had two very good exerperiences here with both food and service. The menu was very interesting with lots of very different presentations and unique flavor combinations. There is definately something for every foodie on the menu,...candied bacon, elegant crab salad nested in a thinly sliced avacado ring with citrus under it (really good), boneless short rib with some type of incredible reduction and a sweet potatoe purée and a snapper with just a hint of an Asian flare (very light)...very adequate wine list. True to Emeril's creative twists on traditional dishes, coupled with some truly unique dishes as well. The wine list is outstanding and the costs are reasonable considering the high quality of the products they turn out. II'm a fan of the place. I had a really good steak - flavorful from the cooking method and cooked just how I requested it. The servers were friendly and kitchen service was rather quick. This time we enjoyed some delectable oysters and fresh, well-seasoned salads. The sea scallops were perfect in texture and flavor with a fabulous caper/lemon/pepper/burre sauce. The wine selection was very nice; we enjoyed a couple of chewier pinot noirs from the Pisoni vineyards that were delicious. We only wanted light dessert, and the home-made raspberry sorbet was the best I have had. Creamy not icy ; loaded with rich raspberry flavor. All this at very reasonable prices. We are used to spending more for similar quality at other high-end chef-centric restaurants in Las Vegas. It is great not to feel gouged and to have had such a satisfying experience. While banana cream pie seems basic, they found a way to take it to the next level and beyond. I could never duplicate a recipe like that at home, which is the main reason I like to eat out: for delicious food I cannot access at home. I cannot wait to return to Table 10 in a few months when we return to Vegas. It will be on our list every time we are here. Our waiter was very friendly and took a lot of time to explain different dishes both my wife and my selections were done to perfection. I order the rib eye steak which seemed to have a lot of grizzle although it tasted great, perfectly seasoned.
