Tabella features an ever-changing thematic menu drawing inspiration from the bounty of the seasons. Tabella’s own gardens and farm provide the restaurant with a seasonal harvest of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and eggs. Working with personally selected farmers, ranchers, cheesemakers, and fishermen Chef Coco creates three to seven course dinners using only the freshest and finest local ingredients.
