  • "My husband and I made a dinner reservation for a Saturday in March; on the form we requested a table near the window. When we arrived the hostess said that was not possible; she had only one table and it faced the kitchen and the area where the servers entered their orders. When we said we did not want that table the answer was that is all we have! We did take the table and ate. The waiter apologized many times for the mixup but the hostess never even looked our way again! I would NEVER recommend this to any one or return there. We had been eating there for many years prior to the new ownership and never had any problems. I hope no one else spends over $100.00 for dinner to look at the kitchen and be ignored."

  • "The view from this restaurant overlooked Venetian Bay and it was quite lovely. The 2 pound lobster was fantastic and the beef Wellington was very good. However, the service was below par and once the restaurant got busy, it took almost a half hour to get our check. It is very expensive so not the type of place I would visit often."

  • "Daughter and I had dinner here and it was fabulous. She got twin lobster tails ($51) and I got the 16 oz NY strip ($42). We shared those two and it was tough to tell which was better. I had an excellent caesar salad ($9) and she had onion soup ($10). Throw in one cocktail for me and the bill came to $130, but since we were seated and ordered before 6pm, we got 25% off the total bill, bringing it down to $100. This is a great deal, but you need to tell your server you want this discount. Service started slow but was great after our server realized we were there. Ask for a table by the window, the view is really nice."

  • "I have to admit: the reataurant was not full when we were there. Nevertheles, it was a warm welcome, we had a good and friendly service and the steak was fabulous. The waiting time was what you expect in a good restaurant. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

My boyfriend's bone in ribeye tasted a little mealy to me... maybe there was too much tenderizer and he had a horrible headache later and he never gets headaches. The view was gorgeous but the food should have been better for the price point."

  • "From the valet parking to paying the check, this dining experience was one of the best ever. The ambience, looking out over the water and the excellent food and its presentation, were remarkable. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. I would highly recommend this this restaurant for any special occasion. You will not be disappointed. It was warm, inviting, friendly and romantic. Laura, the Maitre D', was especially attentive and checked on us a few times to insure our dining experience was satisfactory. Overall, an outstanding outing!"

  • "This was our first visit to T-Michaels. I made a reservation in advance through Open Table requesting a table by the water for a special occasion and did not get that; we were seated against the wall in the very back of the dining room which was very disappointing. While the food and service were excellent, we found the ambiance (high lighting and crowding) less than inviting and the noise levels and crowding compromised the private and intimate dining experience we expected."

  • "I would have expected better. I had the grouper and it was overcooked and bland. The wedge salad was good though. Pricey for average food. Maybe Trulucks has spoiled me. Our waitress was very good. We had a reservation for 7:30 and had to wait about 25 minutes. It was St. Patrick's Day so that was understandable. I guess I should've gotten the corned beef and cabbage!"

  • "Made reservation a week ahead. Requested a window table. Had a confirmed 7:00 res. When we arrived we were informed by a very rude blonde hostess that our reservation was for 7:15 which was incorrect . All she wanted was to argue about the time. After being seated at 7:45 in a corner table ( worst location in the restaurant) as far from the window as we could be I complained to the same rude hostess and was told that that was all they could do. We came for prime rib which is supposed to be one of your speciality and when ordered our waiter said he had been getting complaints on it all night and did not recommend it. So instead I ordered just a wedge salad and left. We live in the neighborhood and we will not return or recommend ."

  • "First off my date and I had made a reservation at 7:45 and when we arrived at 740 to check in we were greeted nicely but then told to wait for a moment until they had room which was fine for the first 10 minutes and then 20 passed, then 30, and 40, and finally an hour later we were finally seated once seated it took awhile for the server to see us and fill our water glasses. We then waited 10 minutes to see him once again and we put in our ap order as well as the entree. We both had the bone in ribeye ordered medium rare but when it arrived 40 minutes later it was very very rare and the center was cold. The server took it back and it was very good the second time around. The server was very forgiving and we received free desert."

Bar was very busy too, but expected at that hour & during season. My in-laws & I enjoyed our meals (twin lobster tails & mahi mahi). My husband did not care for his steak as it was undercooked, but did not want to send it back to the kitchen, since they were so busy. Most of us enjoyed our meals and would go back; I'll just leave my husband at home :-). The bathrooms could use a little HGTV makeover, but they served their purpose. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. The staff was very personable and food was very good for the majority of us."

  • "Dined here last year at Valentines under the previous owner. Came to T-Michaels the day after Valentines this year and saw a noticeable difference. Very busy due to large volume which was fine but the organization of the groups was sub par. Upon review of the menu it was easy to see that the new owners had up the pricing strategy as both Food and Wine pricing was well above last year. The wait service and food was very good so all in all the dinner was enjoyed. The price change however did not substantiate the experience. So many options in Naples now...this will send me exploring further."

  • "We enjoyed the view, the drinks were excellent and the food was very good. However, we were finishing our wine when the server came to my husband and asked us to leave. It was busy, but we spent a lot of money and should not have been treated that way. We weren't lolly gagging, just finishing our wine and we would have left. They could have offered us a cup of coffee at the bar so they could have the table. It was rude and we will never go back. There are a lot of restaurants in that area and I'm sure they are as good or better than T Michaels. I"

  • "I booked a reservation for 845 on Valentines Day. We got there at about 830 and we were seated after 915. The lady working the seating appeared to in over her head and the process seemed to be very disorganized. Food was lukewarm and the server was unenthusiastic and not engaging in the least. There was little description of the menu, just handing us the sheets for the evening. I chose this restaurant for its location on the water and its prospective ambience but the evening was in a tailspin from the time we walked in the door. I kept hoping it would get better. 118 dollars later (before tip), we were happy to leave. I am pretty sure we will not be back. There are too many great restaurants in Naples to waste time and money here."

  • "Valentine's Day. Arrived at 7:55 for an 8:15 reservation. Seated at 8:40. Hostess did not make a good physical appearance and was the picture of incompetence. Once seated, our server was excellent-attentive, responsive and prompt. The food was very good but badly overpriced. We would not return, nor would we recommend it to friends."
