Diner Reviews
  • "Our family stayed at the Red Rock and wanted to enjoy a fine dining experience as a special part of our vacation. My 8 and 5 year old were happy to share off the menu (caesar salad and the petite filet), but our wonderful server Denise made a point to let us know that the chef would be happy to prepare kid-friendly items had they preferred them. They even offered to cut the kids' steak into bite-sized pieces. All of our food was cooked to perfection - salads were delicious, the meat was tender, juicy and flavorful and a variety of tasty sides (the green beans are a must!) rounded out the meal. The full bar easily accommodated our cocktail orders, and dessert was lovely as well. Definitely a special and memorable splurge for our family!"

  • "We went early (5 pm on a Friday) and they were informed it was a birthday dinner but....the staff was almost "too" attentive. I don't know if it's because it was so early but, with everything delivered there was much DISCUSSION with every delivery. I ordered Prime rib and my husband had a strip steak. My Prime rib was more done than I would have liked but everything else was lovely food wise. Our issue came from it seemed like we had 3 (3!) servers. Our main guy, plus the woman who brought stuff, plus a 3rd guy who helped with the main meal. Our main server seemed to lurk, constantly and was "off-putting" for lack of better description. Like, being overnice because he was already calculating tip. Just way too much with the other two..."

  • "Prime Rib and Fried Chicken were great. It was very busy and louder than normal, not the restaurants fault that there was loud people! Will return!"

  • "We had the lobster tail which was good. We also order the big Ribeye steak. It was cooked right but the meat was not tender at all. It also lacked flavor. If it wasnt for the garlic sauce that came with it I would have returned it. We recently went to the Ranch House which is on the North side and the meat was much better. Everything else was good though. Need to work on the meat alittle more since it is called Tbone. Maybe I just got a bad steak. Thanks"

  • "Our reservations were on a Saturday night at 6:30 and the restaurant was perhaps 40-50% full with many empty tables. In spite of this, we waited almost 10 minutes after being seated to receive menus and have our drink orders taken. During the meal we had to flag our waiter's "assistant" at least three times to refill water glasses. In addition, the Maitre-D' did come to our table during our meal despite stopping by other tables populated by (presumably) regulars and minor celebrities. The food was average for a restaurant of this caliber but the crab cakes were very good. Steaks were as expected as well as the sides. Overall, the quality and service was not what I would expect for a $250 meal for two."

  • "The bar area was packed due to a concert outside that night, but our service was still great. It was a birthday celebration and they sent over a special treat after dinner. We shared the seafood tower, it was fabulous. Overall it was great."

  • "We took my husband to T-Bones for his birthday dinner and the food was excellent. There was not one thing that we didn't like! The filet's were all cooked differently and each of us were completely satisfied! Our Server David was absolutely the best! ASK for him and you will not be disappointed. We always bring our out of town guests here and and each time it just gets better! Thank you!"

  • "We go here for special occasions like anniversaries and birthdays. Not a place for kids. Romantic place or nice place to gather with some out-of-town guests. We also love to go here for Thanksgiving and Christmas bc they take reservations and we are just over the whole hustle and bustle of the big holiday feast with family. On TG we go with family for dessert after our nice, relaxing dinner at T-Bones. For Christmas, we spend the day with the grandkids and family, and then bug out early to go to dinner at T-Bones. Nice, because they take reservations. The food is to die for. I know it's a steakhouse and the rib eye is so delicious, but my favorite item is the fried chicken. Best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend this restaurant."

  • "The service was great!!! Everyone was awesome. We didn't have to ask or wait for anything. The bus boy I think his name was (Laos?) was the best!!!! We will be back to eat again very soon!"

  • "T-Bones is the Red Rock Resort & Casino's high-end steakhouse. T-Bones isn't the ideal spot for a quiet, romantic evening. It's inside the resort's casino, so it was noisy, and many of the patrons were tipsy and loud during my Saturday evening dinner. 2nd-hand smoke drifted in from the slot machines outside. But I think this is probably a "Vegas thing," common to most resort restaurants. However, what T-Bones lacked in ambiance, it more than made up for in food & service. My filet mignon was melt-in-your-mouth delicious and perfectly seasoned, the mac & cheese was creamy & decadent, and the wine list was 2nd-to-none. My server was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. Overall a very satisfying dining experience."

  • "The Prime Rib was amazingly tender, I was happy I ordered it and the horseradish sauce options were amazing, you gotta try the chipotle Horseradish sauce. Sweet Charred corn and service was excellent to. Love that we go on date night. Time to relax and unwind!"

  • "Second time to TBONES and again has been still one of the best steakhouses around. Service was spot on, quality of food was simply amazing. Sat in dining room away from bar area later in the evening and was the perfect ambience...however, a fri/sat and trying to eat in the lounge table areas is just not for me. Its loud. Request a table in the dining area and you,ll soon forget theres a bar 40ft away. Will return."

  • "First time at the Red Rock Casino. The T-Bone Restaurant was the best dinner we have had here in Las Vegas. We moved here one year ago and have been to the steak house at The M, South Point and Green Valley. Troy was our server and was great! He had good info about the menu and the Casino. Very nice young man and understood our timing perfectly. A little pricey, but well worth it."

  • "The maitre d' was EXCELLENT. Very attentive and cordial, and not OVERLY intrusive. It was like being in a movie where he knew our names, greeted us with a warm smile, encouraged us to sit next to each other in front of the fireplace. All waiting staff followed that example. We very much enjoyed the atmosphere. The fireplace was beautiful. The food was good and what one ought to expect at a steakhouse for fine dining."

  • "We went at about 7pm and the bar was pretty busy. not sure if it was happy hour or not. We sat at a booth by the bar, so the noise level was energetic, which was good. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the filet mignon! The chocolate cake desert was great, but for me to have finished it, I would have had to have it before the main meal!"

  • "I come into Vegas about twice a year and stay at the Red Rock Casino. I specifically make a point to eat at T-Bones at least once when I'm there. as always the food is awesome but they were out of the prime rib. very disappointing when your set on a certain main course and you don't get to eat it."

  • "Manager Vince Adams runs a tight ship. His staff is attentive, efficient, and personable. On a previous occasion, Vince immediately figured out our party was from Hawaii. This tells me he pays attention to his patrons. Food is always great. Steaks are cooked to perfection and even hold up as left-overs brought all the way home from Las Vegas to Hawaii. Try to be seated adjacent to the fireplace. Nothing could be more romantic. The decor is gorgeous and I assume it will only get better after they've completed refreshing the carpet and furnishings. T-Bones may be pricey, but it's a wonderful indulgence. "

  • "A very pricey menu. Had a bunch of huge hairs in my steak. The manager apologized but still charged me $65 which was the full price for the steak."

  • "I had the NY Strip and she had the fillet. Both cooked and seasoned perfectly. The bread basket served before dinner had 4 different options....all great. We split a wedge that was also on par with everything else. "

  • "This place can cook a steak, unfortunately making a reservation means nothing to this group. My group waited over 30 minutes past our reservation time, no apologies, no water no acknowledgement until we started to leave. Very rude reception. "

  • "Quality and service not equal to price per person. Too expensive for mediocre experience."
    Dined on 5/3/2014
  • "When I go out for a fancy dinner (~$100/person), I expect a lot. I expect that the restaurant will not be so loud that I can't hear people across the table without practically shouting. I expect that the food will be perfect in every way, including medium rare steaks that don't bleed profusely. I expect the waiters to make me feel like they're happy to be there, happy to be working our table. This was the first time any of us (including 4 locals and 2 out-of-towners) had been to T-Bones, and unfortunately, our expectations were not met. While the food and service were "good," they were not "nearly $100 per person good." I feel like there are definitely better dining experiences in Las Vegas for that price."
    Dined on 5/3/2014
  • "The food was great except our steaks were a little over cooked. The portions are very generous."
