  • "Very nice and energetic Gables foodie place. But careful, most dishes are loaded with fat.. I mean.. a lot of fat. As a consequence, everything is really tasty. Try the Burnt Ends, Brisket, Pork Shoulder and don't forget the Sticky Bun (desert). Very good and attentive service, good bar scene. Prices on the high end though, since sides are not part of the main dish... cost ads up quickly. Try the Mac & Cheese as a side, excellent."

  • "I dined alone at Swine and enjoyed the experience. Eclectic, interesting menu which was a bit on the pricy side. I had a side of crispy Brussels sprouts as my starter. They were very tasty but over dressed with bacon vinaigrette. Had the brisket steak, which was a tender piece of brisket served as a steak with cheesy grits."

  • "The food was oily and greasy. The chicken fried bacon and waffles was good. The decor was very good.Swine burger was pretty much a regular burger just more grease, the ribs were a lot in quantity and had good flavor. The "Slice of heaven" dessert changes and we had a creme brulee which I think was like key lime pieish...but was good. Overall I just think there wasn't anything in the menu that stood out. So the prices can be a little less for certain food items but its not a bad place to eat just don't think healthy which is sometimes a good thing."

Moved on to the main course which was a burger and the other was the brisket. The burger was better than the brisket, but both were great. Grits were a little cold, but that was just because we had to eat so slowly. The food is rich and filling; we both left satisfied."

They had a great live band, which is not something I've seen at other restaurants in Miami. The volume was just right so that we were still able to talk. Service was very good.   • "I went to Swine for lunch and this time was for dinner. Both times were outstanding! We split the brisket and Swine Burger soooo good! We also had the Mac and cheese and the burnt ends, can't go wrong with those. For dessert, we had the sticky bun. The service was great! We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and were seated right away. My only complaint was that it was loud but other than that, it was fantastic!"

Everything taste amazing from the drinks to appetizer to dessert. I couldn't breathe when I left but it was worth it. This is not a spot for healthy eating. This is a spot for food lovers and cheat meals. Real southern comfort here. The service was over the top. So attentive. I requested a spacial table because I went for my anniversary unfortunately they couldn't satisfy request but instead offered us a glass of champagne and to top it off they brought my 2 year old son ginger ale on a champagne glass. Awesome place!"

  • "Went for an early dinner and while the service was great, the food (in particular, the BBQ) wasn't great. We got the ribs (very tasty), brisket (very disappointing) and a side of winter squash (very cheesy). The brisket is listed as smoked 14 hours, and from what we could tell, it was not. The cut was too thick and flavorless. I wanted to check this place out as I'd been hearing buzz about it and could see this being a nice place for dinner. The food is on the heavier side and the sister restaurant, Yardbird, is a better meal for about the same price. Unfortunately, like almost all BBQ places in Miami, the actual BBQ was not done well. Considering that I don't live close to this place, I won't be going back."

  • "This was my first time at Swine. Went there for Sunday brunch with my girlfriend. I made reservations ahead of time. At first they did not seem necessary because many tables were open, but after a while I noticed a line waiting outside. The atmosphere was great with southern music playing in the background. The food was amazing. We started with the biscuits, best decision ever, they are large and delicious. I also enjoyed the brisket steak and my girlfriend loved her omelette. The portions are all pretty big. I would recommend this as a great spot for Sunday brunch."

  • "Since we love Yardbird we were looking forward to trying Swine. We went on a Sunday early evening and were very disappointed to be told when we began ordering our food that they were out of everything from the smoker except the duck. No brisket, no shoulder, no burnt ends, no steak - nada. Just chicken, duck, burgers, and pork loin were left. The food we did end up ordering was pretty good (except the tough undercooked pork loin). Waiter continually forgot us and disappeared into the kitchen for 30 mins when we tried to get the check. Cute atmosphere but seems disorganized and mismanaged, like most restaurants in Miami. Try it, but don't get your expectations up too much."
