Sweet T’s Restaurant + BarGetting a bit overwhelmedWe visited on Mother's Day. We've loved Sweet T's from day one, but it seems that the take-out is taking over and pulling away from table service. It is clearly backing up the kitchen. Consider taking the take-out to another venue because your chicken is well worth the price of admission. It's beginning to detract. Our food (no chicken - one salad, shrimp, and a sandwich) took an hour to get to us. Management needs to pay attention. The folks that work there are great...it's just that the restaurant management is not being tended to well. Everything was great and our waitress was stellar. One thing ST could do: expand/change up the menu. I have been a few times during weekdays without a reservation and still had to wait 20-30 minutes. Arrive 15 minutes before your reservation; you will need this extra time to find a parking spot. Spaces are minimal for the customers this place attracts. Keep your cool, there is frontage parking, but that too is limited. If you find a space take it; do not think there is any spot better! Once you're in, the food and service is great. During the spring and late evenings, do not take a table in the back by the patio door. It gets cold and breezy with waitstaff in and out to serve guests.If they could do something about parking, Sweet T's would be outstanding all the way.4/5/2013 12:00:00 AMThis is one of our favoriteThis is one of our favorite restaurants in Santa Rosa for lunch. The appetizer portions of chicken livers and brussel sprouts were HUGE. However, I had the fried green tomatoes and bacon and I think that there should be more bacon. There are 2 really slim pieces of bacon.
