"We enjoyed our meal, but the menu has changed completely from just a few months ago. I was really looking forward to the seafood gumbo (and wouldn't have minded if they had just raised the price) but instead it's been taken off the menu. My blackened catfish was moist and flavorful, just a tad salty. Shrimp with grits also hit the spot, and the fried okra appetizer with a spicy remoulade impressed us. Service was pretty good (other than having to wait a few minutes despite having reservations); noise level: three alarms."

"This is my second visit here. The first, right after they opened, was good but had some issues. They seemed to not only have worked out the issues but made the total dining experience way better.

The food was very good. I had what I considered to be the best fried chicken in Sonoma County. Four pieces equaling 1/2 a chicken was fried to perfection. A crispy skin and miost center was very good. The sides of the buttermilk smashed potatos and veggies were alright. I'd like to see one of those revamped into something more memorable. If nothing else how about some gravy? I know, gravy is against the rules around here but still, it needs something.

I will be back as there are many things I want to try on the menu."

"Memphis-style BBQ with ribs and brisket served dry with sauce on the side are very good. Ribs are some of the meatiest around. Sides could use a little work, but are OK. Good value and popular around the cocktail hour."

"Ribs were very dry. Potato salad was tasteless. Barbecue was not as authentic as we had expected. Wrong sandwich brought to table, thus a longer wait for ordered sandwich to arrive while others had their food. Coleslaw was tasty."

"This was our first visit for a family celebration at Sweet T.'s and our first dinner experience there. It was great. We arrived a bit early for our reservation and were seated immediately. The service was responsive and energetic; the drinks imaginative and the food absolutely delicious. Family members of different ages all enjoyed the menu selections and there truly seemed to be something for everyone.
Portion sizes on their barbecue plates are grand, so there were several take-away boxes at the end of the meal. Key LIme Pie for dessert was an especially good one. Thanks, Sweet T's for a special time together."

"Jessica, our server, gave great recommendations and was very personable and effecient. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was excellent. The bread was light and must have been home made. BBQ sauce was on the side so that you put as much or as little as you want on the sandwich. My husband had a great catfish po'boy. One friend had the fried chicken and said that it was the best that she's ever had - and 4 pieces with mashed potatoes (no gravy, tho) and lots of veggies. My cole slaw could have used a little spice but I like spicy food. The service was very prompt. This could be our new restaurant for lunch in Santa Rosa."

"basic good BBQ place. Nothing special, not real BBQ but a good california cuisine version. Don't bother if you are from a BBQ capital! You will be a bit disappointed - won't remind you of home."

"Glad to see the place full. My husband and son loved the fried chicken, so I'm sure they'll be back! But for me, this isn't my type of food so I ordered the roasted chicken breast "in au jus" which was actually more like a broth. It was very interesting try to cut the chicken or vegetables without splashing all over."
