We were seated quickly. Lance was a good service, friendly, funny and attentive. My deep dish stuffed pizza tasted good, however, I would not compare it to true Chicago style pizza made in Chicago. Now, SHC's thin crust pizza with sausage, mushrooms, onions and pepperoni was just like Twin Tree's pizza in North Syracuse, New York (very good).

Not a good experience at all. Out server couldn't keep up with her tables. They didn't know what open table was. The thin crust pizza was undercooked on top and burnt on the bottom. No spices or herbs that I could taste. Tomatoes and onion were cut for their hot dogs. A thin crust pizza took over 30 minutes and, well, I would have preferred a frozen Totino's pizza (I'm not a frozen pizza fan). It's a poor interpretation of Chicago style pizza (I grew up outside of Chicago) or any kind of pizza. They're in the same league as Shakey's Pizza. Not remotely in a league that should participate with open table.com.
