  • "2nd time there, both for breakfast. Had the french eggs, very good, others had bannana nutella crepe which was delicious. Service was very good. Only thing I didn't like was the applewood smoked bacon. Very expensive and overcooked. Overall very quaint place. Will definetely be back to try the eggs benedict"

  • "My family made reservations on Friday night and asked to sit on the patio. The patio was beautiful, the food was amazing, and the music was entertaining! We had a great time!"

  • "I love this place. We've never had a bad meal. The food is fabulous and the setting is such a quiet tucked away spot in downtown Wheaton that you almost forget you are in the burbs."

  • "We were on vacation, went there for tea. Just delightful. Food perfect, many "seconds" offered by server and tea pot refilled generously. I also loved the room arrangement - tables with wing chairs for two guests as well as other tables for larger groups. Unfortunately, I live in another state and cannot go to Suzette's often!"

  • "This is a perfect choice if you want great food and you want to sit and talk with friends. Staff is very friendly and do not seat people on top of each other. Great place to have a conversation without hearing other diners. I had a crepe from the seasonal menu and my friend had salad, both were excellent. It is nice to not be rushed by staff. I'll be back."

  • "Amazing find. Searched online for a place to take my stepdad for Father's Day breakfast in the area. Couldn't have been happier with choice. Had delightful meal in the garden out back of French scrambled eggs in black truffle oil and with smoked salmon and creme frâiche. Our server Rachel was excellent and had the loveliest smile. Highly recommend! Six stars."

  • "Suzettes is a great French restaurant with very good food, however it is pricey and the service is not up to par for what the food costs. Even though our waiter was very pleasant and polite, he was not knowledgeable about the menu, brought all our appetizers and salads at the same time, did not bring us clean silverware with each course. The wine stewart never came back to our table to pour more wine or to see if we liked our bottle or if we wanted more. The owner of the restaurant needs to hire experienced waiters in order to charge the prices they charge. It is a charming restaurant with great French food, but they need to train their servers better so service is in line with their prices."

  • "Everything about this little spot was great except for one thing. The waitress had no idea how to pronounce the French words on the menu, such as "salad nicoise" or "trois salads" etc. In my opinion, if you choose to have French items on your menu, then either don't use their language OR at least make an effort to teach your wait staff how to correctly pronounce the words. Catering to well-educated people who can afford an authentic experience requires delivering one."

  • "Food was excellent though on the pricey side. Service was not great. One person was presented with entrée before everyone else received the first salad course and people bringing food didn't know what food belonged to which diner. Seemed like service staff were summer college hires and somewhat inexperienced or kitchen was disorganized. Not what I expected for a tab that came to $150 with tip for 3 people."

  • "Would be great for a romantic dinner, but I always go here for a lunch with lady friends. Great food -- everything fresh and well prepared. The fresh berry crepe was spectacular. Looking forward to my next visit."

  • "My wife and I have gone to Suzette's since its earliest days on Front Street; now we take our teenaged granddaughters. Service can be a tad spotty but generally is very good. Food almost always rates a solid 4 stars. Most recent experience was lunch on the back patio, so sandwiches were the choice of the day; salads are equally intriguing -- as are crepes, quiches and, in truth, almost everything on the menu. A tad pricey, but the food is worth every penny. Go and enjoy."

  • "I have been to Suzette's Creperie twice now and I loved it both times. First time, we sat in cushy upholstered chairs inside by a window. This time, we ate on the outside patio. Very nice! I had the "to die for" Eggs Benedict which were not like any others. Amazing blend of flavors. Get it or you might regret it (I think my friend did). This is a very nice place to eat in downtown Wheaton."

  • "I took my niece to Suzette's for her sixteenth birthday, and it couldn't have been more special! She loved every minute of it - the decor, our table, the English tea service - thanked me over and over for finding such a great place to celebrate! Our server was attentive but didn't hover - I can't think of anything that would have made it better! The woman who seated us even took time to give us a nicer "table for two" with beautiful Queen Anne chairs by a decorative mantle. Our picture turned out great! Would highly recommend this spot to others! It was our first visit, and we'll definitely be back!"

  • "Suzette's is known for it's French cuisine. The food never disappoints. The carrot-ginger soup was delicious, and served hot! Imagine. Our server, Marcie, was lovely. We were not rushed. She accomodated our needs perfectly. All in all, Suzette's is my favorite place to take friends for lunch! "

  • "I met a friend for what I hoped would be a lovely luncheon. A lady and two gentlemen were sitting across from us and were so LOUD it was hard to concentrate or enjoy our conversation. Service and food were good and I'm not sure how you'd ask people to be more mindful of other people in the restaurant, but it runined our lunch!!!!"

  • "I got an e-mail back saying I had reservations for 1 p.m. But when my party arrived, we were told seatings were at noon and 2 p.m., so we had to kill time for an hour. One hand didn't talk to the other on OpenTable. But I still like Suzette's for holiday fare."

  • "Arrived at 10:00 a.m. for a special BREAKFAST treat for Mom only to be told that there was none. BRUNCH only. Their website clearly advertised breakfast until 11:00 a.m. followed by the brunch. Faced with the choice of a very unappetizing smorgasbord of a brunch at $39.95 each, we left. Hosts were completely unapologetic with an "oh well" attitude sprinkled with disdain that we pointed out the problem. We will never return."

  • "We visited for Mother's Day Brunch. Pricy for brunch especially for a buffet. Most comparable dining places will include one drink (like Champagne glass) in the price. Food was OK. "

  • "We dined at Suzettes on Sat. evening. I ate with someone who is hearing impaired and the ambience here allows for them to hear much better. We ate from their seasonal menu and all entrees were superb. Although we did not drink wine, a sommelier was available to help select an appropriate wine pairing. The downside was the service: 1)We were not served bread, although all the other tables were. 2) No silverware was provided with our dessert so we had to raid a neighboring empty table 3) A side salad was served at the same time as the entree 4) Coffee came well after dessert was served and no refills were offerred. I am certainly going back because the excellent food makes up for the bad service."

  • "I am confused by the negative reviews here. My husband and I had a wonderful evening out with great food and gracious service. We loved the quiet and intimate atmosphere. We shared a cheese soufflé and each of us loved our soup course and my beef crepe was really tasty! A shared piece of apple pie topped off a very pleasant evening. Maybe a little pricey but not too bad for a lovely evening."

  • "Suzette's does a brunch twice a year. But they do a great one! We had a choice of three fresh soups, three breakfast crepes and two quiche offerings - straight from the kitchen. And we could have as many of them as we wanted - each time fresh from the kitchen! Then came the buffet. Carved ham, pork loin and beef. Boeuf Burguinone and noodles, whitefish in sauce with rice. Salads - mixed fruit, beet salad, tortellini, dilled carrots, green beans. Deviled eggs, fresh breads and rolls. Cold salmon with cucumber. Finish this feast off with a sweets table and it's food coma time! Loved the atmosphere. Had a great Easter meal! "

  • "My wife and I and daughter went to Suzettes for the first time Sun. 4/6. We were seated promptly at 10:30 am as per our reservations. We heard good things from others who had gone there. We were all dissapointed that this restaurant did not meet our expectations. Not good value. Small portions for the price paid. Service was friendly but inconsistent. Seemed like a number of new people maybe not fully trained. We ordered two mimosas and one bloody mary and were charged $27.00 for small glasses. The food was OK but my eggs with tomato concasse were luke warm. The quiche and crepe the other family members had were good but small portions. Nice ambience in a good location. We will try it again just in the event this was an off day."

  • "While we had never been to Suzette's, we had heard from all our friends that it was amazing! And the food was terrific. A high end representation of French breakfast. Perfect for the adults, not so much for the kids in our group. The restaurant only had one other table occupied, and we felt like we couldn't chat or be noisy.....the restaurant is not the best place for children. Though the kids were immaculately mannered, it was a long hour. The food took a while to arrive (and if we were enjoying breakfast sans kiddos, that would have been fine). While pricing is a little high for what you get, it was extremely good. This would be a lovely location for a ladies lunch or a baby/bridal shower."

  • "Maybe it was because Donna was not in the restaurant that night, but the service was just not as good as usual. The food was very good, but the menu has not changed in years - maybe it's time for some new items. We had a very nice dinner/evening, and will certainly be back, but we did not leave WOWED, like we usually do."

  • "I probably would have enjoyed Suzette's Creperie better if 1) we didn't have a 5-year-old at the table, and 2) I wasn't keenly aware of the prices. Normally I don't pay much attention to restaurant prices because I want to indulge (I've been known to spend over $90 for lunch before - don't judge). But... my friend didn't seem to have the same mindset AND I couldn't wrap my head around spending over $10 for a 5-year-old's lunch. And that kid didn't even like it. That's not a judgement on the quality of Suzette's. My friend and I both enjoyed our crepes. I did think that the formality of the decor was out of line with the casual service. My friend and her kid passed on dessert while I enjoyed a sticky, SUPER hot hot chocolate. AWKWARD."

  • "The service, atmosphere, food, and wine was wonderful! We sat in a window seat with high back comfortable chairs. They have a gentleman that specifically handles the wine order, the waitress was very attentive and pleasant, the atmosphere was very peaceful and definitely a place to go for a romantic date. There was live jazz music. Three hours passed without notice. It was a lovely place to go for dinner. I also, used their catering services which is phenomenal! Christine, their caterer, is a gem!"
