Suzette's CreperieBirthday High TeaWent to Suzette's to celebrate my granddaughter's 8th birthday. What a treat. We wore our hats and enjoyed High Tea English style at 2:00 p.m. Variety of teas was awesome...had three different flavors during our courses. The finger sandwiches were to die for and the eight year old loved every variety. Surprised about that? Then came the scones and the desserts! Everyone sang her happy birthday and the little princess had a smile on her face the whole time.
This is a great place for the ladies and the men (with their ladies) to frequent. I'm from Indiana and wish there were more eateries in my area. Oh well, it was worth the 70 mile trip to celebrate an 8 year old's birthday!

Hobart, Indiana6/15/2013 12:00:00 AMYou're not in Wheaton anymore.A gem for those that love small places. We have been there several times and consider it a place for special friends or just to be romantic. Like dining in Paris without the 8 1/2 hour flight. Crepes is their thing, but they do offer full entrees as well.
This evening there was a pianist playing and it added a touch of a big city feel. Service was excellent and it all added to our Anniversary. Which included a comp dessert since the waiter overheard us toast each other...so that was a nice surprise.6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMSimply Fantastic!went with a group of 8 to say farewell to a lovely co-worker
everyone loved the atmosphere, food and service
Nothing to complain about here!6/11/2013 12:00:00 AMVery nice, relaxing. We hadVery nice, relaxing. We had the chicken sandwich with side salad. A little disappointed that the sandwich was made ahead of time and the bread was a little soggy. Nothing beats freshly made. We would probably go again and would recommend friends to go.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for dinnerWe went here with another couple this time, the wait staff were excellent and the food wonderful. Two of us had the Beef Bourguignon Crepe, one had the Salmon Crepe and one the Duck Confit with Wild Mushroom Risotto. Everyone loved his or her entrees. We finished with some of Suzette's desserts, two of us had the summer special Rhubarb pie with Gelato, which was something I haven't had in years. It reminded me of the Rhubarb pie my Grandmother used to make, a great balance of sweet and tart.6/8/2013 12:00:00 AMTea service looked very inviting.Tea service looked very inviting. Choice of two, French or English. Must give advance notice for English service. Looking forward to returning for the tea service. Allow enough time for dining. Pace is a little slow.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Anniversary DinnerI recently reserved a table at Suzettes Creperie to celebrate our 2oth Anniversary. It is my wife's favorite restaurant so I knew it would be a great evening. The staff at Suzettes did everything possible to make it a great night. I dropped a gift off ahead of time and they had a beautiful table waiting for us when we got there with my wife's gift sitting prominently at her seat waiting for her. It was a perfect night and I can't begin to say how well they took care of us!5/29/2013 12:00:00 AMdelicious foodThe atmosphere and food is always wonderful here. The service is disorganized. The hostess was disorganised
The place is small. It shouldn't be so hard to run the front of the restaurant5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMA bit of Paris in downtown Wheaton.Awesome place for lunch with the "girls", dinner with a date or a special occasion. Try the spicey coconut shrip crepe...!!5/24/2013 12:00:00 AMBirthday BashWonderful and lovely ambience. Nice touch of bringing a small dessert for the birthday girl. Looking forward to having tea there.5/20/2013 12:00:00 AMSuzette's is always a specialSuzette's is always a special treat to go to. The yummy food is served in a non rushed fashion. The new addition is lovely. Our special requests were honored.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMlove itThis is a wonderful place for a ladies lunch. There were men there, too so not saying it has to be for the girls only. The food was fresh and delicious and different. Service was excellent and I love the decor. You have to try a pastry (or two) so good. Real food.5/17/2013 12:00:00 AMSeriously?Mother's Day brunch was good and reasonably priced. The $14 per tiny flute of champagne was outrageous and not communicated at ordering. Two little glasses of champagne and one mimosa shouldn't be more than the cost of the brunch. It put a huge damper on the occasion. I'll ask next time, but couldn't believe the price of a single glass. It wasn't that good. The rest of the food and decor were wonderful and we enjoyed it immensely.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Mother's Day Brunch Ever!!Like my title above says, this was the best Mother's Day Brunch I have ever attended! The food was unbelievably delicious. The service was fantastic, especially on Mother's Day when restaurants are usually packed with customers. And the pastry table was sinfully delicious. My family and I all rolled out of Suzette's fat and sassy! Love it!5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMexcellent as alwaysThis is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. My brother visits from out of state every year and always wants to come here. They expanded last year but have not lost the charm and intimacy that we've always enjoyed. Tried pate appetizer plate this time: both choice excellent. Even my husband who does not like pate liked these. Service is "European" so when you are in a rush this is not a realistic choice.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMLadies LunchMy friend and I have enjoyed a yearly treck to Wheaton and enjoy lunch at Suzette's each time. This time we went we found that they had expanded the restaurant and so it was even more comfortable than before. They have also added an outdoor seating area. We are hoping to return to enjoy that sometime in the future. The little bakery attached is also a great place to pick out a treat to take home.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMA lovely place for friendsA lovely place for friends to meet. The food is very good; my ham and cheese crepe was excellent.4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMThe ambiance is superb, romantic,The ambiance is superb, romantic, quiet, warm, attentive service, but a non-rushed slower pace of a most enjoyable meal. Personalized service from the bartender suggesting the proper recommendation of wine to pair with your meal. A most delightful experience, we've been there several times, never a disappointment. This restaurant is an excellent choice.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMThe ambiance was delightful. The ambiance was delightful. The waitstaff was very attentive. The food was extraordinary!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was terrific. QuichesFood was terrific. Quiches and crepes both outstanding. Like the new remodeling as well. Always a favorite and never fails to deliver in terms of both great food and great ambiance. Terrific spot to meet the girls for lunch!4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMA wonderful afternoonWe loved the Tea at Suzette's. I took my mother and she also loved the experience. The food was really good and our waiter was very nice. We will definately go again, and I have already told 3 friends about it.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfectly lovely Fine dining AmazPerfectly lovely

Small quiet charming4/3/2013 12:00:00 AMBest french onion soup thisBest french onion soup this side of the pond! Other food is super. Men go, you will find it exceeds your low expectations.3/28/2013 12:00:00 AMSuzette's was great. We hadSuzette's was great. We had the Gruyere fondue for two, the pork tenderloin in apple-brandy sauce and the beef bourgingon crepe. All the food was fantastic and the service was great, but a little slow. The sommelier had great recommendations and served very healthy pours of wine for each glass - you definitely got your money's worth! It is a lovely set-up, but had no music playing which actually made some of the natural pauses in conversation uncomfortable because then you were very aware of the conversations around you. All in all though, we'll definitely be back and I look forward to trying their brunch menu!3/16/2013 12:00:00 AMCharming ambiance. InnovativeCharming ambiance. Innovative menu. My favorite suburban restaurant!3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMOne of the few restaurantsOne of the few restaurants in the western suburbs that serve afternoon tea. We had a relaxing time, loved the variety and generous portions. The service was excellent also! I will definitely go back!3/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWe went on the suggestionWe went on the suggestion of a friend and we had a wonderful time. The server was knowledgeable and helpful and the bartender/sommelier made excellent suggestions for the wine. The restaurant is reasonably quiet, but then again we were there on a Wednesday night. We went with the special of the day for soup (cream of mushroom) and it was excellent. The lemon curd/raspberry dessert crepe was a standout. And much to my wife's delight, they actually know how to make tea.3/13/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was good, but not outstandingFood was good, but not outstanding so as to warrant $$$. I feel we paid for the excellent service, ambiance, and
pleasant rapport w/staff. Not a dining establishment where one lunches frequently.1/1/0001 4:00:00 PM
