  • "This was my first time at any sushi samba outside of Las Vegas so I had high expectations. While it's way smaller and maybe not as trendy looking, the food was fantastic. Bet tuna tataki I've ever had. The oysters were so amazing as well. As an inexperienced saki drinker the saki flight was perfect. Sushi was fresh and tasty! I would go back and recommend to anybody."

  • "My girlfriends and I visited Sushi Samba on a Saturday night. We had a wonderful time! The staff and the service were EXCELLENT. Everyone made us feel special. I must say that Craig, the manager or the host who was on that evening, was so nice and kind to us. We will definitely re-visit. The food was also very good and there are plenty of items on the menu other than Sushi if you prefer. ."

  • "Went to Sushi Samba in Las Vegas where the food was outstanding and the atmosphere was fun. It was so good went back the next night. Wanted to try New York with my husband. The waiter was GREAT but the rest of the experience was not what we expected. The timing between the meals was inconsistent. Some of the dishes were warm (not hot) and the food "didn't send us." The bill was quite high. I was expecting to be wowed and was not. For $300 was disappointed."

When a large party arrived and was seated next to us, he was able to arranged for us another table in another section (as we thought it became to noisy and because of the big party - couldnt talk in a normal tone to hear eachother anymore)."

  • "I had only been to the SushiSamba in Miami and was thinking this can come close but it didn't. The décor looked outdated (at least in the section I was sitting) There were 2 sections. One with a dj and the other without. I was sitting in section without the dj. It was very cramped. We had to move out of our seats to let the person in the next table out which was a nuisance when someone had to use the bathroom. The food was pricey for the quality. I didn't find the sushi fresh at all. I wouldn't return. The service was good however. They were attentive."

  • "Loved being able to walk here from our hotel and enjoy a delicious and different meal with my 13 year old daughter. She loved the watermelon NA drink and Samba S'Mores. Friendly and vibrant atmosphere lead us to meet our neighboring table who joined us around the "fire" for the dessert. Very fun night!"

The hostess said we had been given the "chefs table" reserved for special occasions which I believed because it was right in the corner a little raised and overviewed the entire place. Also could tell was noticed by everyone at the place. Other than that, no acknowledgement of my birthday but the service and food was good."

  • "I enjoyed the food and mix of Asian/Brazilian flavors, decor. My wife didn't like the loud bass (must have been the Samba!) but I didnt mind as it added to the vibe. The food was very good. Miso soup, Neo Tokyo and Bobo Brazil rolls were tasty indeed. The portions however for their signature rolls were disappointingly small and service was slow as molasses and took away from overall experience. The server should have known to have us order more food (I did inquire as to the size of the rolls upon ordering). It was a Monday night so not sure if they were short staff but there was no sense of urgency to get the food out. I sat at 730pm, took 5-10 minutes for a drink, my wife arrived at 745pm and we didnt get our sushi platter until 830pm."

  • "I went to SushiSamba for Restaurant Week. The waitstaff were all very friendly and accommodating, the decor jazzy, but the food was a little disappointing. I had the shrimp ceviche to start but not all of the shrimp was property deveined (a major detractor). The main course of the mushroom and truffle dish was delicious and beautifully presented. For dessert I got the chocolate bread pudding, which was lovely to look at but was way too cold. It ended up making the bread pudding heavy and almost gelatinous which was emphasized by the yummy ice cream and (I think) toffee sauce. If the bread pudding had been warm or at room temperature I am sure that it would have been marvelous, but at the colder temperature it ended up being dense."

  • "I've always been a fan of Sushi Samba, and I feel their menu keeps getting better. The service could be a little quicker, especially the drinks, but they redeem themselves when the food comes out. The highlight for me was the Shrimp Ceviche which is not only delicious enough to want to drink the marinade afterwards (seriously, it's that good), but the portions of shrimp that are served are VERY good. Cocktail wise, the Pisco Sour was great (go figure) as well as the batidas."

  • "went here for restaurant week. food was ok. They try to pack the tables in very tight to fit more people. What I dont get is that there were a few empty tables further away but instead sat people near other tables. Since there were no space between the tables, people were on top of each other and you can hear what the tables next to you were saying. I can understand if it is super busy, but there were clearly empty tables. Also it wasnt like they were saving the table for a large group dinner reservation. All the tables were for 2 people. As for the food, it was mediocre. We order the restaurant week menu. It took like 20 minutes to bring out desert after dinner. Food and service went downhill over the years. Will not come back."

The interesting thing about this particular Sushi Samba location is that it is really 2 different restaurants: one half is very bright with little to no ambience, the other half feels as if you are getting bottle service at a vegas nightclub. Neither side, in my opinion, makes for a great dining experience, but if you there for more than just dinner (i.e. celebration, special occasion, etc), go to the lounge/club side. But it is loud and dark"

  • "Taking advantage of Restaurant Week, I booked Sushisamba for lunch and was very pleased that I did. the cerviche appetizer was terrific, sweet and tangy with a hint of heat. The chicken was moist and the purple mashed a treat.The sushi was very fresh.the owner/manager? asked our opinion of the desserts and I loved the parfait with frozen Prosecco. the staff was attentive and knowledgable. Overall, a very good dining experience."

  • "The Wife & I went out to eat @ Sushi Samba the menu was great the samba park rolls were amazing the best lobster roll i every had my wife had the sea bass she said the sauce was perfect the service was really good she did not rush us at all the lounge music goes great when your eating, the only thing just watch out when ordering drinks they are a bit high price & make your bill climb but All in All it was a really great dinner we will go back very soon …."

It's great to go out on a date night or for a night out with friends. Try the chicken teriyaki and the green bean tempura."

This place has a cool vibe from the second you walk through the door -- with great service and an incredible menu to back it up. Our waiter was great and the owner came by to make some really good menu recommendations. It's the kind of place you could come back to 10 times and never have the same food. Terrific night, awesome place -- we'll be back!"

  • "Having heard so many great things about Sushi Samba, I was excited to try it out. A group of four of us went for a weekday lunch. The food was excellent! The service was attentive. The only major negative was how slow it took for us to get our order. The place was not full, but any means, yet it was almost an hour after we ordered that our lunch arrived! It was obvious that they were aware of the problem because they sent us champaigne with our dessert. Thoughtful touch but would make me think twice about returning. That said, the food and service were so good, that I would give them one more chance before deciding never to return."

  • "We had a booking at a certain time but got to our table 45 min later. The waiter forgot us and we needed to make sure he realizes we still did not order any drinks and of course any food. Food and drinks though have been good. They forgot one of the drinks and we had to make them aware of that. The curiosity was that this drink appeared twice on the bill as well as multiple other items that never got ordered or have been just ordered once. We needed to pay a lot of attention and it is hard to believe at the end of the day that it was all a mistake. The manager tried to do his best and he was very nice but it could not change our disappointment with this samba sushi location."
