Took the tofu as an appetizer which was arranged lovely and made a perfect start for the fish menue.
The Sashimi was excellent and fresh consisting of tuna, macarele, salmon, sea urchin, sea bream.
As a middle course we had a serving of yellowtail sashimi with a great sauce an diced chillies, also great.
Then we decided on sashimi from crab and blue fin tuna belly which was just outstanding even though the market price was tough.
My girl then went for the chocolate vulcano, not less tasty than the fish.
For drinks we had the signature BOA 405 cocktail, recommended and fitting.

Everything was phenomenal! Started with edamame; not soggy, sloppy or underseasoned, they were salted perfectly. Hard to find these days. Ordered two types of sashimi appetizers with delicate seasonings (one was creamy ponzu). Melt in your mouth delicious! Then ordered chicken skewers with foie gras. So tender and perfectly seasoned AND two types of dipping sauces if you choose.
Ordered some other dishes, but can't remember them all. We ordered two desserts: the trio of sorbets and the donut holes with butterscotch and vanilla dipping sauces! Sorbets tasted so fresh; mango, coconut, and lychee!

My fellow sunbather was a self proclaimed sushi addict, and recommended Sushi Roku as one of her top 3 restaurants to fuel her addiction. After her rave review of the restaurant, I immediately made reservations.
Upon arrival, I was impressed by the fact that the restaurant is located in the mall at Caesars, but that we felt like we were dining outside the mall. The view of the strip is amazing, if you are seated right next to the windows. Unfortunately, being it our first time to the restaurant, I didn't think to request "window seating". We ordered a hand roll and a sushi dish for starters. Both were fresh and flavorful but not big portions for the money. I had the salmon for dinner. It was delicious and generous size. My husband had a jumbo shrimp dish. It was served with homemade potatoes, an unusual choice but tasty. We would eat here again. The Makato Roll was a bit steep at $22 and far too bland compared to the other roll we had. The edamame was also a bit overpriced and could have been salted more or prepared in a different way that would better warrant the price.
Overall, we had a great view of the strip and thought most of the food tasted great. All the food that arrived was fantastic - my favorite was the salmon carpaccio with fresh shaved truffle at the table. The table service gave it that extra special touch for our last evening and the flavors was perfect.
The staff were friendy, helpful, attentive, and they even gave me 1/3 of the dessert and adjusted the price accordingly! I was absolutely thrilled as it was the perfect amount to end the evening with. The food was superb Japanese cusine and as authentic as you will find anywhere outside of Japan. The eggplant was amazing and something you do not find at many Japanese restaurants in the US. Each course was even better than the one before. Be sure to order the premium omakase and prepare yourself for a dining experience you will not soon forget. This time in addition to special oysters fresh from the Fukoka region that were incredible and an octopus that was so tender it reminded us of white fish.

My wife was born and raised in Japan while I am a native of US. We both absolutely love this place. The food is marvelous and as close to authentic Japanese cuisine as you will find anywhere. Each visit is more incredible than the last. Definitely recommend the Omikase (Chef;s selection) as a way to sample the icredible mixture of Japanese cuisine. The various courses will each WOW you and take you to new heights. Also the ala carte sushi is phenomental. The view of the strip is gorgeous both before and after the sun goes down. Service is wonderful too and compliments the setting and food.

Prices are also very reasonable vs others right on the strip.
