"Food was very good and choices were interesting. Extremely over-priced. There is no reason to charge $8.75 for 1 average size piece of sushi. My husbands entre, although delicious, was 2 average sized scallops for $20. Fun for a visit, but lots of good places at much better prices."

"The lunch menu is great! I love the miso glazed cod that is served with hijiki salad, brussel sprout kimchee, a spring salad with a really tasty dressing, and white or brown rice for $21. My husband loves the sashimi lunch. The quality of the fish is outstanding. We have dined at Sushi Ran many times. The only problem night we had was our visit last Saturday. We suspect it is one of their busier nights. The sashimi slices were on the small side. We also had the special omakase sushi special. There were only 7 pieces that were served one by one, very slowly. It would have been more appealing to have them all on one tray. The meal was overpriced. We left hungry for a burger."
