Sushi Ko - Chevy ChaseWe decided to try Sushi KoWe decided to try Sushi Ko because we were looking for a 4-5 star Yelp restaurant that was open for lunch and we are so glad we did. We sat at the sushi bar and ate amazing sushi and sashimi prepared just for us. It was fresh and flavor-packed. My husband liked the wine list, and he is hard to please. He likes wine lists that include wines that are good values at all price points. The service was amazing - attentive without being instrusive at all. Sushiko now also has ankimo (monkfish liver), which is sushi's answer to foie gras (but you have to ask for it -- it's not on the menu)! Food and presentation were very nice, but going so early on a Saturday is definitely "children's hour." Though we had someplace to be, we never felt rushed and service was prompt and effective.
