We were surprised and delighted with this new find not too far from our house. Passed by it numerous times coming up Vine and am so glad to have given it a try -- and will be putting it on our rotation for sure. The fish was delicious!! Service pleasant and wonderful. Great place!

I have gone to Hiroba since it opened years ago & it just keeps changing every time I visit...even just days later. Not many of these changes have been for the better, if any, & I just keep hoping they will change it back to how it was. Or at least the Happy Hours they ised to have, which were unbeatable & made any lack completely okay.
The staff seems freshly hired as of late & they not only forgot orders, they didn't know ingredients in items, they cancelled our Open Table reservation, & they left us sitting at the table without food or drink for long periods of time. The original staff was kind & couteous & on top of it.
Just so bummed it has gone this way. Was one of my favorite local sushi places. The food is the only positive thing

They have some creatively named rolls. If you are a fan of scallops, I highly recommend the Marilyn Monroe roll . . . loved it!

The ambiance is fun and energetic, and the service friendly and helpful. We split the baked mussels appetizer, which was really good...creamy and rich, very tasty. We then each had he 10 piece sushi combo....great food at a reasonable price. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was great.
Overall, a great dining experience. We'll be back!

Large, well lit private parking space. Came in around 6:30, place was pretty quiet. The waitress was very attentive, and took our order promptly when ready. Food was very good, sushi was fresh and rolls were well made. No complaints.
