Sunset Covetoo cold to be outsideMade a reservation a month in advance for mother's day. Little did I know that they were going to put us outside in a tent. It was very uncomfortable. Too cold and windy to be outside. All the food at the buffet got cold quickly. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather and the beautiful view. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. Sunset Cove never disappoints. The lasagna canneloni was superb; the steak prepared as ordered and very good; the seafood with pasta was delicious; chicken scarpariella very tasty; and the pasta bolognese was also excellent. The pasta was as tasty as the seafood. Such a great taste!

Worked well with 2 kids and hard of hearing Dad. Sides of calamari, clam chowder and beet salad were excellent. Brick pressed chicken, pork osso buco equally good. Highly recommend this restaurant. We got there early so we were ushered to the bar which was behind a solid set of doors which was fortunate because this area was very loud with conversation and was not what we were prepared for. But we were able to get a table by the window and enjoyed a nice glass of wine while looking out over the Hudson River, this was a nice view and could see the sky line of New York in the distance.
Our table was for dinner was in the much quieter dining room. Food was excellent as was the service and the window views were fantastic.
