This inn combines a Garden-of-Eden setting with a superb restaurant. The replacement filet was excellent and perfectly cooked. The staff was very accommodating about the change, and never flinched. The accompanying vegetables were excellent. Our party ejoyed a spirited conversation as we dined our way through the various courses never feeling rushed by the attentive wait staff and all the while marveling at each dish. It is always wonderful to enjoy a leisurly dinner with friends where food, service and ambiance meet to make a most memorable experience. We went early to have a drink at their interesting bar (love the chandelier). We sat outside on the covered patio (there was a rain threat) and noticed other patrons were scattered around in gazebos and covered tables. The service was attentive and the food was excellent.
When we were done with dinner we walked around and loved the cubby hole arrangement of the outdoor area so that tables were separated to give priviacy.

Things that irritate elsewhere -- crowded buffet tables, cold food that's supposed to be warm, messy and inappropriate serving utensils and the like -- are not to be found there. The whole experience including the ambiance of the beautiful outdoor seating area was great. Some may find it rather expensive, but considering what you get (including certain unlimited drinks) it seems like a bargain. Once again, we enjoyed our entire evening. Our servers were terrific. We all enjoyed our dinners. Since it was my husband's birthday, we wanted a candle on a dessert for the table. We were disappointed in the dessert choices because most were ice cream or sorbets. We keep hearing about the pastry chef and were anxious to taste her baking. I ordered the market salad and the fish -unusually name! I thought the salad was most unusual but didn't care for the flavors of the dressing- very unusual. I appreciated how unique it was- but my tastebuds weren't happy!!!! The fish, however was a completely opposite experience. Still thinking of how delicious and wonderfully prepared it was. My husband had the celery caesar and the strip steak. He was totally thrilled.

We were seated in a beatiful outdoor garden gazebo, overlook a koi/turtle pond. Jeannine, our server, was awesome. Fresh mimosas started us off, followed by the wonderful buffet brunch. Many choices, from oyster on the half shell, shrimp, eggs benedict, a carving station, you name it - they had it. The outdoor areas are amazing, quiet, with huge trees and a brook. The food was exceptional and the service was even better -- never hurried but always attentive -- in the best European manner. It was one of the nicest surprises that we have had in dining for a long time. The food was excellent with a really fun and interesting menu. We started with salads which was great with the very freshest ingredients. The tile fish was outstanding and the best fish I have had in a long time.
The atmosphere was amazing and it really made you feel that you were on vacation. As much as we enjoy Atlantic Avenue, it was really nice to be away from the busy atmosphere.
The service was quick and helpful. We were strolling through the gardens when our entrees arrived and the waitress came and found us to insure that our food did not get cold. A beautiful Victorian-style house and gardens just off of Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, with seating inside and outside. From the moment we saw the menu, we knew it was going to be a great dinner. Chef Lindsay stopped by our table to introduce herself, which made the dinner even more special.
