Service was very good for a busy River North restaurant. Moses was our waiter and he was very attentive. I had the pork entree and my son had the chicken entree. I always order the sushi, but this time decided to also try the regular menu. NOTE: the entrees are for SHARING. We ordered an entree each and ended up bringing more than half home. So, if you are not a heavy eater, I would definitely split a plate with your companion. Oh, and the chocolate mousse cake (yes, I made room for dessert) is yummy! We arrived early for our reservation but were still seated right away. The staff was very friendly and our server chun was very friendly. He knew the menu backwards and forwards. He suggested the firecracker roll and lobster wagyu roll which were both top notch. We also tried the red dragon and spider rolls. They were both really nice, but I still cannot get over how good the first two were. The prices are very reasonable considering the setting, and quality. Fried rice was pretty amazing. The dynamite stick egg rolls were very underwelming. The atmosphere is lively and energetic and makes guests feel like they are truly dining out on the town. I have never seen so many beautiful people, as in Sunda. They are always dressed to the nines. There service is wonderful and the waiters are always friendly, and attentive. The Brussels Sprouts Salad is to die for along with the delicious specialty cocktails. however, the highlight for me is always the Ridiculous,carrot cake dessert. Of all the delicious desserts I've had, this is definitely in my top 5 EVER. The food, the service, the ambiance were all fantastic. I could come back here over and over. It's also not too expensive. Everyone in my group really liked it, too. The tofu scramble may sound unappealing, but was really incredible. I usually don't like tofu scramble, but this really impressed all of us. I would also recommend the Mushroom and asparagus salad. That was very well done. The noise level was painful. I would love to know what the decibel level was. In a factory setting, I am sure ear protection would be mandatory. The staff was very accommodating in moving us to a table of our liking. We were initially seated in the bar area and requested to be moved to the dining area and they were very pleasant about moving us. Drinks were well presented and tasty but a tad too sweet to have a second of the same. Had the Brussels sprout salad and it did not disappoint! Very tasty! Second round we ordered the duck bao buns-delicious! The buns were so tender and the duck and hoisin sauce were perfect! Decided to try a roll and went with one that was baked with scallops and lobster. Sooo good!
