She didn't say anything. She just started typing in her computer. Then she handed a piece of paper to another hostess to seat us. She finally said have a good meal. How could this person be assigned to greet customers? She could have said welcome to Sullivan's please let me find your reservation before she started to type.
This was my first time at this restaurant that a manager didn't stop at our table to inquire about food or service.

The steaks were cooked perfectly for each of us. The only downside is that they were very salty. New York strip that didn't have thte marble cut in it that it should have had. I was disappointed in the steak. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our night there. We went for an anniversary dinner, and several people (not just our waitress) would come up to us and say congratulations. There was one minor glitch in our bill that was likely due to the newness of this menu for the employees as well. When you order the salmon on this menu you can either get an 8 oz or 10 ounce portion and our server entered the wrong code. This was cheerfully and quickly taken care of. WeThe food was very tasty. We ordered from their prefix menu. The choices were more limited than some of their competitors ( Ruth's Chris and Flemmings). I was a little disappointed that the strip steak was cut up into medailians. It did not appear that it would be set Ed that was based on the menu description . However, it did fast very good. The staff was outstanding! They wished my wife a happy 40th birthday with a surprise picture of us (framed)! (Medium well). The overall experience was great.
