"I would have scored this off the chart except for one consistent pattern of behavior, always up selling. We select a wine and they question it and try to push theirs. all the way thru the meal they kept trying to sell us something rather than give us what we wanted. At the end they tried to sell us some kind of membership. I attended with 3 other business people and we all were taken aback and all agreed we wouldn't dine there again given the experience."

"The Service in the Dining Room was excellent, however the Bar area was not. She was slow and spent more time talking to management then to attending to the tables. We had to motion several times for her attention."
