We've been to Sugarbeet perhaps five or six times. Each time the menu is a pleasure to look at. We remark at how unique it is without being weird. The food is always cooked perfectly. The wait staff is experienced and loyal. I recently had the sea scallops. They were cooked perfectly and the buttery sauce with it was so full of taste without being oily. We tried several of their appetizers, fried haloumi cheese, sugar snap peas with proscuitto, and the cheese platter. We would have had our tastes satisfied right then, but the entree's that followed were amazing. Thanks for a wonderful evening Sugarbeet.

Outstanding as usual, best of the best in Boulder County. Food, people and decor are all top-notch! I always leave thinking THIS is the best ______ I have ever had! Every item on the menu is a winner! The hardest part is choosing which one! Go with a group and order everything different, that's the best way to taste it ALL!

We were hesitant to join friends at Sugarbeet, as our last dining experience there was nothing special. However, this time we all thought our meals outstanding: scallops, ribeye steak, filet mignon and a fish dish (sorry, can't remember which, but it's on the regular menu). Service was excellent, with very helpful suggestions from our waiter. We now highly recommend this restaurant!

I enjoyed our dinner at the Sugarbeet - a smoked salmon appetizer was outstanding! The
fillet mignon cooked to perfection with red potatoes and bacon compliment. The Italian wine tasted perfect with the beef. And, the pineapple/coconut/caramel dessert topped off the meal. Our waiter was very good and accommodating to our needs. The evening was very enjoyable and I would return for a special occasion.
