Diner Reviews
  • "The place is a little small but the drink options are so much fun and tasty. Loved the chocolate martinis. Definitely not for anyone on a diet."

  • "Excellent food. drinks were massive but too strong you couldn't really enjoy it. the service was great and everything came so quickly. it's much smaller than you would think. I would never go without reservations. it was too loud at times, made me think I was at a nightclub. I didn't think it was overpriced but my party thought it was way to expsndive. had a great birthday would love to go back"

  • "The reviews were inconsistent, but I had to see for myself because the place seemed so interesting. Glad I finally checked it out, but wouldn't make a point to go back. Food was just OK and the tables are way to close together. It also took a long time to get seated even though we had a reservation. I admit that I didn't order one of the crazy $36 fishbowl cocktails that every other person in the place seemed to have. Maybe that would have made the experience a little more fun. I did order two normal sized cocktail, neither which were very good."

  • "We had lunch for my daughters 12th birthday. The food was excellent. Our waitress was also really great. The place is pretty small soo you would need reservations a few weeks ahead for a large party for dinner."

  • "One of the best places ever. Big cocktails get you drunk fast. Everything is incredible."

  • "I made reservations at this restaurant because I heard great reviews on it. So I figured what better place to celebrate my birthday. Once we got there we waited over an hour to be seated and once we were seated we waited over an hour to receive our food because our ticket got lost. This was definitely not the best experience & I would definitely never recommend the sugar factory to anyone."

  • "I had dinner here for my birthday. It was awesome!! The lollipop passion goblet was so yummy as well as the Mac & Cheese pops for an appetizer and the tuna melt and fries were good as well. Since it was by birthday when I got the carrot cake there was a huge sparkler on top and all the waiters sung Happy Birthday. I had an awesome time and would go back."

  • "A unique place to dine and have some enchanting drinks. Came for brunch and had the Sugar Factory Eggs Benedict. It was very good, just the price was a little much. Our server was very polite and accommodating. My girlfriend had the vegetarian omelette, which was good also. Afterwards, we tried the signature goblet drinks after seeing the spectacle of the drinks being poured and smoking over like a witch's cauldron at another table. At $36 each, they were rather pricey. I had the Mai Tai, which apparently was the strongest and it did not disappoint. My girlfriend had the lollipop one. Both were tasty, but very sugary. Not recommending them if your diabetic! Overall, it was a pleasant dinning and drinks experience."

  • "Great food...but the restaurant was tightly seated and very hot. I'm not sure there was A/C. Waiter was not very attentive. We had to wait 20 minutes, despite our reservations."

  • "The drinks were amazing, our waiter was not only good looking with the cutest accent but was attentive and willing to take out pics without any issues. The food was well made and satisfying, I know I will def recommend this place to others."

  • "I loved it, the food was good, the drinks were good, the only thing - I guess because its a very small place and it was packed the service wasn't that good but I would still return."

  • "I took my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old niece to an early dinner on a Monday. Our reservation was for 6:30 but we waited for a 1/2 hour and there really was no place to "hang out" for those under 21 yrs old. The girls were excited to order a virgin specialty drink and decided on the "shark attack." They loved it but after a while, became so overwhelmed by the loud music and inability to hear one another/express themselves that they wanted to leave. They even decided they wanted to go somewhere else for dessert. The idea of the Sugar Factory looks like a lot of fun for kids on paper/in pictures with the candy bins, specialty lollipops, etc. but the tables are crammed together and it is so loud that I wouldn't recommend for under 12"

  • "The drinks are ridiculously expensive, but it was great for the experience of it all. My wife and I shared a berry goblet, which was good and plenty big to share. We had the fried Mac & cheese balls and chicken tenders, and both were very tasty. Our waiter was a little slow, but I suppose that's better than feeling rushed to turn over the table. Speaking of tables...they are very close to one another, although this did not bother me personally. It's not a big place, so make your reservations!"

  • "This is the second time going to the Sugar Factory. The food was amazing both times. As for the Drinks Even more amazing I love coming to the sugar factory. Only down side is the place is two small and the wait is terrible you have to make sure u make a resveration two months before, and still wait when you get there but when you finally get seated you forget all of that cause you enjoy yourself so much."

  • "It was a blast. The only negative I have to say is that I had booked a reservation and came 10 minutes before to check in but my party and I still had to wait about 30 minutes, wasn't too happy about that but once we were seated we had a blast! Such a great atmosphere and great drinks!!!!"

  • "Came here for some 21st birthday drinks! We had the lemon drop and the jolly rancher. The jolly rancher really tastes like a jolly rancher which was cool. The drinks were a little strong but were still tasty. The fettuccine was very good. Probably the best thing we had besides the delicious fries. The place is small and there's not a lot of lighting. We also saw Steevie Jay and Joceline as we were walking out. Must check out the spot."

  • "I loved Sugar Factory. Food and drinks were amazing. Service was quite good as well. Althought I was a little disappointed with how small of a place it was and felt very cramped during our stay. There was also no A/C and it was 90 degrees outside so needless to say, we were hot and uncomfortable. If we would have felt more comfortable we definitely would have stayed for more drinks."

  • "I made a reservation months in advance, and it was well worth the wait! The delicious signature drinks are amazing and truly a crowd pleaser. Will definitely be back again to try some more!"

  • "I came here for my 22nd birthday. I had a 5pm reservation, and showed up at 4:15. Knowing how busy they get, I thought I'd have to wait a bit, but they were able to seat my party right away. I got the Mai Tai and it was pretty good. The macaroni and cheese pops were absolutely delicious. I had a burger and fries for my meal which was pretty good as well. My only complaint is the service. Everyone is really friendly there, however, our waiter didn't check on us once, and we needed drink refills. It's unfortunate that for such a popular place the service was poor."

  • "I went to Sugar Factory to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We got there early and the girls sit us right away. the food was great, the drinks were delicious and the service very friendly and attentive. On the other hand, I was disappointed with the place. when we got there, it was very crowded and loud. The place was too small and the tables too close too each other. It also got a little annoying when people were trying to cross by behind our table and my boyfriend had to move and get closer to the table. One of the staff noticed that he was getting uncomfortable and she changed us to the corner. I would say that my only complain is the size of the place. other than that, i would definitely recommend the place for any event."

  • " We where not satisfied with the sitting arrangement. When my husband was demand to get up from his sit so a waiter could serve the table across from us. The next table across was empty he could of removed the empty chair and went by.Our atleast said "excuse me sir " So wen my husband brought it to the manager attention. She jus said to sit on the side But thats not how the tables/chair where arranged so we had to be uncomfortable to be more convenient for the manager. I was so disappointed. So we just sat back how originally we where seated and the manager decided to come and argue with us about why we sat back the orginal way. Again SO UNPROFESSIONAL. management should never argue with a customer. Espically when we spent almost $200."

  • "Overall the place is extremely small, so I don't recommend large parties as you will feel uncomfortable since the tables are so tight. Food was ok a bit overpriced for my preference as for the taste and quality. Good though for easy picking food. The drinks are worth it, if your looking to get drunk or buzzed (well drunk I recommended the goblets) they will do the trick but don't mix since its such a sugary drink."

  • "I went for the drinks and they were amazing. I did not have any good since I really just went for the drinks which are so popular. Only thing I was a bit disappointed with was that they don't honor reservation by time. I got there at 10:00pm exact time as my reservation and was seated 45 minutes later. Defeats the purpose of a reservation. Also overly crowded could barely move. The drinks are so amazing I'll go again anyways lol"

  • "The drinks are amazing and cool just not no 60 oz they fill the whole glass up with dry ice but it was yummy . Very pricy we only got drinks and payed 250 and tip is included and all the waiter did was poor the drinks ... So basically he got tiped 50$ to poor 5 drinks ..."

  • "I think the place is really cute, but super small. They only have one toliet (per sex) for te while place. Thought that was a little crazy seeing as they go on 2 n 3 hr waits, n they sail so much alchol. This is my second time coming. They 1st time I had a turkey burger. It was ok I probably wouldnt get it agian. 2nd time just got apps those where good (fried Mac n chz balls). The ambiance of the place as well as the drinks I feel like is what u pay for. The drinks are pretty n expensive though."

  • "I heard a lot about the Sugar Factory. The drink was cool but not worth $36 of ice. It was cool to watch, but even my 10yr old was over it in a few seconds. The salad was incredibly small. The hamburger and French fries were good too. It still wasn't so exciting."

  • "I went there with my friend and there were only two things we did not like. Our waiter barely came to us and there was no room for us to move around, not even our legs. Beside those two cons, everything else was amazing! The food was good and the environment seemed friendly. It was loud when we went, but that was because there was a birthday party, they seemed like middle schoolers. Overall, I totally recommend this place and I would definitely go back!"
