Diner Reviews
  • "The menu has completely changed. All of my favorite items are gone, including the frozen hot chocolates. The food doesn't taste as good and the service is mediocre. I'm not sure I'll be back again."

  • "It was okay. The menu is not that extensive. Drinks are expensive. You can't make a reservation for the patio seating."

  • "Awesome drinks! Went with a bachelorette party and all the girls loved the goblet drinks!"
    Dined on 4/11/2014
  • "We took our kids there for their 13th birthday and they loved it! Cool drinks for them with dry ice and gummies started it off fun. Excellent food choices, and it arrived quickly, warm, and delicious. Staff was very attentitive and courteous. Highly recommend for Las Vegas family dining. Also, online reservation system a breeze!"

  • "I dined here with my husband recently. The food was a bit above average. The deserts were PHENOMENAL. The atmosphere was typical of a strip restaurant, fast paced & crowded. The view from the restaurant is out of this world. It overlooks the Bellagio fountains! We didn't try any of their signature drinks but they looked fun. Def a great place to go before a bachelorette party to get the night started!"

  • "After reading the reviews I was not sure what to expect. My daughter really wanted to try it, the location was great for our stay and the chance to watch the Bellagio fountains while we ate was appealing. It was a little loud and the service could have been a little better but neither made the experience bad. The food was amazing and we had a wonderful time! To top it off, the prices were great for being on The Strip and the portions were a nice size. We will definitely be back again!"

  • "Food was good, as was the service. Nice to sit outside and see the fountains across the street at Bellagio and people watch."

  • "Had a group of 6 meet here for brunch. The food was awesome and on a gorgeous day with sights of Bellagio's fountains, it can't be beat!"

  • "Great view of the Bellagio water show! Food was good, service was okay."

  • "I picked this restaurants because I was traveling with teenaged kids and heard they had crazy desserts and a view of the Bellagio Fountains. Both were true. The food was good, but the portions were insanely oversized. I know this is a positive thing for some, but just a huge waste for us since we weren't sharing and didn't want to take leftovers. The black and white color scheme fits well with the Paris hotel theme. If you go at night, you may be able to see the fountain show at the Bellagio across the street like we did. We MIGHT go back, but not one of our favorite spots."

  • "Limited menu but nice portions. Has a grey view of the Belligo Fountains throughout the restaurant."
    Dined on 4/2/2014
  • "Food was not spectacular, but good, solid, simple. Drinks are fun and unique, but pricey."

  • "We made a reservation for 8 pm., showed up at 7 pm and were seated right away (within 15 seconds). Big Goblet Drink was good and the smoke effect was pretty awesome! I had the hamburger and was surprised to find the bun sweet (but not too surprised from a place called the Sugar Factory) and found it good but prefer a non sweet bun. My wife said her pasta was harder than soft. There were parents with their kids there as attached to the bar/restaurant is a fun sized candy store/gift shop so I would definitely say the place is kid friendly/inviting. Sum: We had fun/great time here despite some negative reviews! Recommend eat dinner first then come here for drinks and dessert! Show your Total Rewards Card for 20% off 1 item!"

  • "I made reservations and when we showed up the hostess said she could not seat us without our full party, but when they arrived she would get them a table. When our additional two arrived we asked for them to be seated. There were several open tables around us. The waitress asked the hostess to move us and then came back and said I should speak with them. The hostess was rude and could not accommodate (even though she said she would seat them earlier). She said that it was not fair to the people who were waiting -- which is why I made reservations! -- and that we could wait 20-30 minutes for a new table. We ended up leaving. Other places with the same policy have been more accommodating and not rude."

  • "This place seems to have gone downhill a bit in their short time being open. The prices are high, the menu is smaller, the service is just OK, and the food is good. Great view of the strip and the Bellagio fountains. I have eaten here many times, and prefer Serendipity 3 over Sugar Factory due to the pricing, portion size, and food quality. I will not return."

  • "While I have previously dropped by for a quick bit and a drink at the bar; our idea to take out of town friends to dinner here turned out to be a disaster. Food quality was disappointing with respect to the price point. While I understand prices will be higher on the strip and we're not adverse to paying such, the food quality here did not even come close to the prices charged. Service was abysmal, waited close to 20mins for our check to arrive, then another 30mins for it to be collected. While it was a Saturday night, it was not overly busy. Finally, one word of caution, as Sugar Factory adds a resort fee tax ... while hidden within the menu, it is rather amusing to find such a charge at a no resort fee hotel. Go figure."

  • "The food was so good. This was the first hand the service and food was outstanding. We were seated fairly quickly and we where seated out side it was awesome."

  • "We came to Vegas to celebrate a friend's bachelorette party. The food tasted excellent and had many options including a salad with candy apples and a burger with a white chocolate bun (both delicious). The service was alright. I believe they are just very busy and that's why. The 36 oz goblets were delicious and worth the price. It's a wonderful place for a bachelorette party or even a romantic dinner. The view of the Bellagio fountains was amazing! I would reccomend it to anyone."

  • "We had a reservation even though people were walking in and getting seated right away. The hostess was very rude when we asked if we could sit in the actual restaurant and not at the table in the bar where she seated us. We were with our three kids after all. Our server was just as rude and didn't make eye contact. The food was HORRIBLE. I had french onion soup which was luke warm at best and looked as tho it had been sitting out for hours. My husband's pasta was bland and boring. The best was when we got the bill and noticed they charged us for cheese on a cheese pizza! Totally over priced, awful food. I would never go back and will tell others NOT to dine here. We ate at great places in Vegas with our kids. This was NOT one of them."

  • "Bread of the sandwich is hard. Waffle tastes good. Server has no smile. Not very pleasant."
    Dined on 3/26/2014
  • "Best part of my experience was the view. The food was mediocre. 6 bucks to add a few pieces of chicken to your salad, Soggy fries, and my club sandwich definately was nothing close to a club. Drinks are ridicously expensive. 36 dollars for a goblet that was more ice than anything. I could understand if you were able to keep the glass, but you are basically paying for dry ice.. Please note this restaurant also charges a concession fee (CNF) that is 3.5% of your bil, in addition to your meal and taxes."

  • "We make sure we hit this restaurant at least once each time we visit Vegas. Sometimes we have it for dinner and return for breakfast! Amazing cocktails large enough for 4 to share!"

  • "Waiter forgot our bachelorette's order, luckily it took no time to make but didn't leave a great impression. The waiter was gracious and attentative, food was o.k."

  • "The only complaint I had were the girls who checked us in; they seriously need communication training and customer service since a lot of people are paying a pretty penny to eat there. The servers were awesome and good at their job, very attentive and overall I would go back. Also more confidence in what the girls up front are doing, it comes off as being rude. I used to manage a restaurant and store so this is totally constructive feedback so I would actually want to come back and tell people to go there to eat too."

  • "My suggestion for going to this restaurant: eat and drink before coming. Seriously... $16 Martinis! Even for the Strip that is high. Pre-game before arriving. Food is expensive and not impressive. Whatever, I guess you're paying for the location, and not a high-quality dining experience. Service is slow but not horrible. Seeing the Bellagio fountains was the highlight of our girls night out dinner. But we left hungry and sober :("

  • "Perfect for a large group of 12! Everyone loved the food and huge goblet drinks. Lots of dishes were good for sharing and the salads were huge. All of the candy drinks are super fun! This was a favorite spot of the trip for many ladies."

  • "Horrible customer service from the moment our group walked thru the door. The girls in the front were rude and un welcoming. We had reservations at 9 we didn't even get to sit down until 9:45. I will not be referring this restaurant to anyone."

  • "I had the veggie burger and the menu says "veggie" but it was made out of chickpeas, which I dislike very much. I would not have gotten this item had I known. It also was flavored with a chicken flavoring, which made it taste like top ramen. I was very disappointed in my visit."

  • "Overall I had an outstanding experience. The service was amazing, our server was one of the bests ones I've had in quite some time and on top of that the food was delicious. I will definitely be back soon!!!"

  • "The pasta was extremely spicy and the bing signature drinks had more sugar than alcohol. For $36 it would have been nice to have some alcohol in it."

  • "We celebrated 2 birthdays with a girls night out that began at the Sugar Factory. The food portions were very generous. We'd planned on ordering one of the amazing desserts, but just couldn't find room after dinner. Maybe next time we'll just do desserts and drinks."

  • "My friends took me to The Sugar Factory for my good bye dinner. We had a great time and the food was great and will eat there again. I will recommend this place to friends and family. Customer service was top shelf and waiter was very prompt. We love this place."
