Diner Reviews
  • "Amazing food but the service was not very good. The waitress seemed annoyed/deal with the servers"

  • "I had a party of 8 guest show up for my birthday celebration. The service was extremely slow, but I understand it was a Saturday night. What happened after our dinner is what I'm upset about. 2 of my friends came late. They sat down at the table and wanted to order food. The waiter got the hostess and the hostess told us that they could not order food unless we stood back in line to wait for another table. We already had a table and spent close to $300 on our tab. Why did we have to leave and stand back in line when we already had a table? I never heard of such a thing. My friend talked to some guy in a suit and said that was unacceptable and he said that that's the way it has to be since we are busy. Are you kidding me? NEVER GO BACK!"

  • "But if you want a fun scene this could be a good spot. Directly across from the water show. I only wish the food was at the level as the menu suggests"

  • "I reserved a table for 6 people weeks prior to ensure we get a spot when we came and we still had to wait about 40 minutes to get seated regardless. Wasn't sure why the reservation was even taken if we still had to wait. Then we had a problem with seating because they were basically telling us we had to sit outside instead of providing a table that was first available indoors. We ordered several app's and individual meals for the group and were disappointed with most of the food we ordered. The food was overcooked and had not flavor. Their menu doesnt bring any creatively and doesnt give options that are worth coming to this American Brasserie versus any other american style restaurant."

  • "We were having a great time at the Sugar Factory, until our quiet table of 2 was interrupted by a large group of kids and adults that some genius hostess decided would be a great idea to split the party between our table. My husband was banged in the back by the young boy every few minutes as he was squeezing in between us to talk to his parents then one almost sat on my lap and did sit on my handbag as I was trying to enjoy my dinner, the parents were screaming at each other in some other language and screaming across our table at their kids. After getting banged, sat on and not being able to talk to each other due to screaming we asked for our check and left. They manager offered us free drinks but we wanted out asap."

  • "After reading the menu on open table we really were looking forward to having breakfast here. When we got there we find out they had changed their menu a few days prior, first disappointment, then we ordered french toast, my husband ordered the banana french toast. It took so long for the food to come, the waitress was very unfriendly and hardly checked on us. Once the food came my french toast looked like a few pieces of thin bread from the bag, it was not good. My husbands didn't even look like french toast plus it came with banana bread and walnuts which it didn't say on menu, he is allergic to them so he couldn't et it. Waitress didnt apologize or seem to care so we paid bill and walked out. we won't be back or recommend to anyone"

  • "It was very loud, the slow, we had to send food back several times. Highly over priced bar food being passed off as a meal. The bright spot was that the drinks were fantastic."

  • "I've been to sugar factory before same time last year but this year was the worst. The table was filthy, we weren't accommodated even though I had reservations, the waiter John was very cocky and argumentative, we only had choices from the breakfast menu although we were there during lunch time."

  • "The food was excellent even though our entrees came before the appetizer. They didn't have the tomato sauce the baked mac and cheese appetizer was advertised with which was fine. The tables are really small and very close together and with our dinners and eventually the appetizer there just was nowhere to put things on the table. Also, we were seated in a row of tables next to another couple there were 20 or so tables open in the row and then another group of people came in and they seated them right next to us.If you have that many tables open you should space people out until you need every table. Our server was excellent though."

  • "I love everything about. We got seated quickly & even though I was late for my reservation I was still able to enjoy breakfast. The gummi goblet put the cherry on top of an already great experience. I came here just off pictures of the food, drinks, desserts, etc. And I was not disappointed."

  • "My wife and I were looking for an outside dinning experience and saw the Sugar Factory from Las Vegas Blvd. Looked up on the phone and made reservations over the phone. So easy and we actually were early and seated promptly with no problems. Our server was Vanessa and she was very energetic with a great personality. Best Lasagna I have had in 10 years. We watched the Bellagio's water show a couple of times while we were there."

  • "I ordered the shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. The best part was walking around the cool store before and after."

  • "Great tourist spot! Fun location, great food (try the chicken and waffles or white chocolate burger - walk after!). Service was a little slow, but not a problem...just gave us more time to enjoy the vibrant energy of the location."

  • "My wife and I had the burger with the White Chocolate infused bun and it was amazing. We also had the onion rings, which were also excellent and the sauce was perfect for dipping. We had the Artichoke dip which was okay, but was not really the right consistency or flavor. All in all this was a very good place to eat."

  • "I am so glad I found this spot! Service was great, other than the fact that I had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated. Our server made up for it. She was super friendly and bubbly. Couldn't have asked for a better server. Food was exceptional! You must try the jambalaya! Best ever!super fancy and is perfect for a girls night out. Check out the candy shop that's right next door. A must try is their candy goblets . Order the one that isn't on the menu . Forgot the name but it a watermelon one. It's garnished with a piece of infused watermelon.... I guarantee you'll fall in love with this place. It is located inside the Paris Hotel right across the street from The Bellagio. And if you eat outside you'll get to see the water show."

  • "We made reservations and got seated in the bar. People who walked up got a better table then is. We had kids with is so to sit on the side bar was uncomfortable. Waitress didn't come to take out drink rose after 10 mins we asked for the manager and they moved is. They said the computer picks seats random. People who walked up got a better seat then us . Whatever I don't buy that story. The food and drinks were amazing."

  • "We really enjoyed our outdoor seat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We ordered the chicken ceasar salad, fettuccine Alfredo and the sliders as an appetizer. We took our 5 year old daughter and it is very child friendly. Food was delivered well timed and it was affordable. We would definitely return."

  • "Sugar Factory is always fun and always hopping! Even in the middle of the afternoon the place is buzzing. We came for desserts and weren't disappointed. The Dreamsicle Milkshake was tall, cold and delicious - tasted just like the orange confection. Two of us had the fondue for two which was also great. It came with several offerings including fruit, marshmallows, gummy bears and rice krispy treats - the only one we didn't care for was the chunks of dry bread - yes it soaked up the chocolate but it was like eating croutons with sauce. Bleh! Our server was super nice and friendly even though we only had dessert - he made several suggestions and was very helpful and efficient."

  • "Sugar Factory is a pretty popular place in Vegas, but our experience was ridiculous. We had a reservation for 8:30 PM and were not seated until after 9 PM, then it took out waiter 20 minutes to approach the table. He looked busy, but it was unacceptable since he had time to get drinks and take orders for a table that was seated after we were. The food was ok, nothing special and the menu seems to be too simple. Sugar Factory is a good place for a small groups looking for typical American food, if you're not into that, don't bother."

  • "Great food, large portions, been here a few times (others paying). We did notice an extra "CNF" fee in our bill though. As explained to us, this fee (approx. 5%) is essentially the Hotel using customers to subsidize the "Sugar Factory" name. So not only is the food over-priced (which is expected on the LV Strip), there is an additional fee."

  • "We celebrated our 10 year renewal of vows and had our anniversary dinner at Sugar Factory with our friends. Great memories were made. Amazing goblet choices! Thank you to Jessica at Las Vegas Sugar Factory Bar and Grill in the Paris hotel. She was a fantastic waitress!"

  • "Service was terrible. It took over 20 min just to get water and the water was never refilled. The drink order took over 20 min to complete. It appeared they had 1 waiter working over 5 tables including a large group. Specifically my dinner wasn't complete with all ingredients. My friend paid $20 for a 1/4 cup of noodles while my daughter got double the amount of pasta. For it being the Sugar Factory, the desserts were just OK."

  • "Food was okay but not great. I would suggest eating somewhere else. Too many other locations on the strip to eat at."

  • "This was our third time eating there. We live in Las Vegas so this is a real treat. We always have the chicken and waffles, out of this world. They put bacon in the Belgian waffle. It is served with Bourbon maple syrup. The chicken is perfect, no bones. Can't wait to go back again."

  • "We went here for my husbands birthday and it was the perfect ambience for the occasion. The music was good and the drinks were super good! My husband got a goblet and it did not disappoint! And that's with the fact that it's extremely hard for me to find a drink that I like. The service was great too both our servers were very nice and attentive. The food is also good I got the sugar factory club sandwich with cranberry and it was actually very good just like my husbands jambalaya which was spicy just as the name says so be careful if your not into that! Only think is his platter was so small compared to the others. We tried the ribs also and they're good too soft and the sauce is unique and yummy."

  • "Our server was GREAT. That unfortunately was the only positive. We were seated about 30 minutes late. We were there for a special occasion & dressed up with full makeup & hair done. They sat us on front of the open door with 108 degree air blowing at us rather than an air conditioning friendly area. I asked if they could either close the door or move us. Sergio first came over & he was an unprofessional jerk. Craig was useless & said no to both solutions to the problem & said verbatim "there's nothing I can do, my hands are tied." SERIOUSLY!!?? Are those unreasonable requests?! The food was disapppinting - we could have had better dishes at an Applebee's, it was very low level. None of us plan to return & Craig & Sergio should be ashamed."

  • "Really a good time. Food was good. Buffalo chicken appetizer was really great. Service was amazingly fast. Like really crazy fast. Had a great time with kids although there is no kids menu (they shared). Great experience for a hot restaurant that you don't find everywhere. Btw with the Open Table res we got in at the speed of light. Way in front of other parties waiting."

  • "Frommer's gave this restaurant a good rating, but we were disappointed. Not a good place for a business dinner. The menu is definitely geared toward families. Not a lot of variety. Afterwards, I read that sitting outside is best so you can people watch. Wish I had requested an outside table, but I didn't get the feeling that the staff much cared about accommodating folks. The music was fun but too loud."

  • "Chris, out waitress was courteous and helpful. He made great recommendations. We had Mediterranean pasta with grilled chicken. Although the chicken was very bland, the overall taste was great. Chris also recommend grilled salmon. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection."

  • "We dined here for a late lunch. When I called and asked about happy hour they said that they had it and everything was good to go. They did not tell me that there was no happy hour for the restaurant that I made the reservation, but a different location. They only have one number on the website that I called so I thought that everything would be set. It wasn't, no happy hour. We did enjoy the restaurant very much but just went in with the wrong impression."

  • "Went for lunch with a group of friends, food was good and plentiful. It was not too crowded at noon but was getting busy when we left. I had reservations for noon but were not needed for that hour during the week. I think reservation would be needed on weekends. Would like to go back for just drinks since the drinks looked wonderful."

  • "I found Sugar Factory through a YouTube video that was posted of one of their goblet drinks. After going here I think it is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to every one. It was very crowded on the night I went but that did not cause the service to suffer. I only ordered mini cheeseburgers, which were AMAZING. The drinks that my table ordered were all phenomenal as well. I could also hear near by tables raving about their food and drinks also."

  • "As a local we hadn't tried the Sugar Factory and wanted something new for a birthday celebration. Food quantity was great; quality/taste was bad. Way too over priced. Ordered house salad; added shrimp ($8) received 4 individual shrimp. Waitress got order wrong placing an order for pasta when it should have been pizza. That diner got her good later than everyone else. Very loud; too many drunk tourists at 7:00 pm with children in restaurant. Charged a CNF fee (resort fee) without being told prior to receiving bill. Will not return to this restaurant; will not recommend."

  • "Score an outside table and people watch while you eat. Also see the Bellagio fountain show from your table. Great food and drink variety with fantastic dessert options."

  • "If you have kids with you, I can recommend stopping next door in their shop to by candy. They have fun selecting their treats in the colorful atmosphere. As for the restaurant, the food quality is the worst I've seen it on several years. I can still recommend the tater tots (for kids and adults) but everything else our large group ordered ranged from acceptable to barely edible (chicken fingers). Our mixed drinks were watered down and bland. I won't be back again."

  • "The food was good...the waiter and support staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a perfect view of the water show at The Bellagio across the street. And we had a personal incident in which the manager was so outstanding I can't even believe how nice he was to go out of his way and help."
