  • "We loved everything at our meal and the cookie jar sundae was a favorite of my girls!"

  • "We eat here every time we visit Las Vegas. The food is delicious, prices are reasonable, and the environment is fun."

  • "We made reservations and got seated in the bar. People who walked up got a better table then is. We had kids with is so to sit on the side bar was uncomfortable. Waitress didn't come to take out drink rose after 10 mins we asked for the manager and they moved is. They said the computer picks seats random. People who walked up got a better seat then us . Whatever I don't buy that story. The food and drinks were amazing."

  • "Sugar Factory is always fun and always hopping! Even in the middle of the afternoon the place is buzzing. We came for desserts and weren't disappointed. The Dreamsicle Milkshake was tall, cold and delicious - tasted just like the orange confection. Two of us had the fondue for two which was also great. It came with several offerings including fruit, marshmallows, gummy bears and rice krispy treats - the only one we didn't care for was the chunks of dry bread - yes it soaked up the chocolate but it was like eating croutons with sauce. Bleh! Our server was super nice and friendly even though we only had dessert - he made several suggestions and was very helpful and efficient."

  • "Great food for breakfast as well as lunch. The Sugar Factory burger is beyond fantastic!"

  • "We really enjoyed our outdoor seat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. We ordered the chicken ceasar salad, fettuccine Alfredo and the sliders as an appetizer. We took our 5 year old daughter and it is very child friendly. Food was delivered well timed and it was affordable. We would definitely return."

  • "Sugar Factory is a pretty popular place in Vegas, but our experience was ridiculous. We had a reservation for 8:30 PM and were not seated until after 9 PM, then it took out waiter 20 minutes to approach the table. He looked busy, but it was unacceptable since he had time to get drinks and take orders for a table that was seated after we were. The food was ok, nothing special and the menu seems to be too simple. Sugar Factory is a good place for a small groups looking for typical American food, if you're not into that, don't bother."

  • "Wonderful food accompanied by a wonderful view of the Bellagio dancing fountains. Get the goblet drinks, they're awesome!!!"

  • "Great food, large portions, been here a few times (others paying). We did notice an extra "CNF" fee in our bill though. As explained to us, this fee (approx. 5%) is essentially the Hotel using customers to subsidize the "Sugar Factory" name. So not only is the food over-priced (which is expected on the LV Strip), there is an additional fee."

  • "We celebrated our 10 year renewal of vows and had our anniversary dinner at Sugar Factory with our friends. Great memories were made. Amazing goblet choices! Thank you to Jessica at Las Vegas Sugar Factory Bar and Grill in the Paris hotel. She was a fantastic waitress!"

  • "Service was terrible. It took over 20 min just to get water and the water was never refilled. The drink order took over 20 min to complete. It appeared they had 1 waiter working over 5 tables including a large group. Specifically my dinner wasn't complete with all ingredients. My friend paid $20 for a 1/4 cup of noodles while my daughter got double the amount of pasta. For it being the Sugar Factory, the desserts were just OK."

  • "This was our third time eating there. We live in Las Vegas so this is a real treat. We always have the chicken and waffles, out of this world. They put bacon in the Belgian waffle. It is served with Bourbon maple syrup. The chicken is perfect, no bones. Can't wait to go back again."

  • "Our server was GREAT. That unfortunately was the only positive. We were seated about 30 minutes late. We were there for a special occasion & dressed up with full makeup & hair done. They sat us on front of the open door with 108 degree air blowing at us rather than an air conditioning friendly area. I asked if they could either close the door or move us. Sergio first came over & he was an unprofessional jerk. Craig was useless & said no to both solutions to the problem & said verbatim "there's nothing I can do, my hands are tied." SERIOUSLY!!?? Are those unreasonable requests?! The food was disapppinting - we could have had better dishes at an Applebee's, it was very low level. None of us plan to return & Craig & Sergio should be ashamed."

  • "We went here for my husbands birthday and it was the perfect ambience for the occasion. The music was good and the drinks were super good! My husband got a goblet and it did not disappoint! And that's with the fact that it's extremely hard for me to find a drink that I like. The service was great too both our servers were very nice and attentive. The food is also good I got the sugar factory club sandwich with cranberry and it was actually very good just like my husbands jambalaya which was spicy just as the name says so be careful if your not into that! Only think is his platter was so small compared to the others. We tried the ribs also and they're good too soft and the sauce is unique and yummy."

  • "We dined here for a late lunch. When I called and asked about happy hour they said that they had it and everything was good to go. They did not tell me that there was no happy hour for the restaurant that I made the reservation, but a different location. They only have one number on the website that I called so I thought that everything would be set. It wasn't, no happy hour. We did enjoy the restaurant very much but just went in with the wrong impression."

  • "Really a good time. Food was good. Buffalo chicken appetizer was really great. Service was amazingly fast. Like really crazy fast. Had a great time with kids although there is no kids menu (they shared). Great experience for a hot restaurant that you don't find everywhere. Btw with the Open Table res we got in at the speed of light. Way in front of other parties waiting."

  • "Chris, out waitress was courteous and helpful. He made great recommendations. We had Mediterranean pasta with grilled chicken. Although the chicken was very bland, the overall taste was great. Chris also recommend grilled salmon. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection."

  • "Went for lunch with a group of friends, food was good and plentiful. It was not too crowded at noon but was getting busy when we left. I had reservations for noon but were not needed for that hour during the week. I think reservation would be needed on weekends. Would like to go back for just drinks since the drinks looked wonderful."

  • "I found Sugar Factory through a YouTube video that was posted of one of their goblet drinks. After going here I think it is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to every one. It was very crowded on the night I went but that did not cause the service to suffer. I only ordered mini cheeseburgers, which were AMAZING. The drinks that my table ordered were all phenomenal as well. I could also hear near by tables raving about their food and drinks also."

  • "As a local we hadn't tried the Sugar Factory and wanted something new for a birthday celebration. Food quantity was great; quality/taste was bad. Way too over priced. Ordered house salad; added shrimp ($8) received 4 individual shrimp. Waitress got order wrong placing an order for pasta when it should have been pizza. That diner got her good later than everyone else. Very loud; too many drunk tourists at 7:00 pm with children in restaurant. Charged a CNF fee (resort fee) without being told prior to receiving bill. Will not return to this restaurant; will not recommend."

  • "Score an outside table and people watch while you eat. Also see the Bellagio fountain show from your table. Great food and drink variety with fantastic dessert options."

  • "If you have kids with you, I can recommend stopping next door in their shop to by candy. They have fun selecting their treats in the colorful atmosphere. As for the restaurant, the food quality is the worst I've seen it on several years. I can still recommend the tater tots (for kids and adults) but everything else our large group ordered ranged from acceptable to barely edible (chicken fingers). Our mixed drinks were watered down and bland. I won't be back again."

  • "We make it a point to eat at Sugar Factory every visit to Las Vegas (which is usually bi-monthly) We love the food, atmosphere and service. The reservation system has been working out great!! We highly recommend. Try something new each time you visit."

  • "This is one of the best restaurants that I've ever been to in terms of food, service, and atmosphere. The food was excellent and the drinks even better. Service was incredible and the staff was very friendly. It's location is in the heart of the strip and provides for a really great time. Overall this was a fantastic choice and is highly recommended."

  • "The food was good...the waiter and support staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a perfect view of the water show at The Bellagio across the street. And we had a personal incident in which the manager was so outstanding I can't even believe how nice he was to go out of his way and help."

  • "Went here for late night dining with friends, and it was as expected. The food was good with gigantic portions, and the big bowl drinks were amazing and so much fun. It was a bit noisy and I wouldn't bring children at a late hour, but great for starting a night out."
    Dined on 6/13/2014
  • "The food did the trick but the real catch of this place is the cool views of the strip and the Bellagio fountains!"

  • "They seated my group of 6 in the bar and if was very noisy. Way overpriced the food was terrible"
    Dined on 6/12/2014
  • "Their $36 jumbo drinks are a little pricey but share it with a friend and it will be all the drink you need for a while. It gets you a little toasty quick! They were very accommodating with my husbands birthday celebrations and the delivery of his cake. Great place!"

  • "The food especially the oven baked mac and cheese was sooo good! The lollipop goblet was heaven as well. Only problem was I probably saw my waiter 4 times? Not so great service. Waited about 20 minutes just for him to TAKE our drink order. But overall great outdoor seating and a great view of the strip and bellagio fountain show!"

  • "It was 12:30am when we went. It was busy but servers had many tables so the wait to place orders and took while for drinks. I'd go back."

  • "The food was really good. It might edge on a bit too sweet, but they livened up classics well. The view of Caesar's Palace and the Bellagio was great."

  • "We had a reservation so we got seated pretty quickly upon arrival. We sat at the table for a bit before being served which was a little annoying since the restaurant wasn't busy. Our server was friendly once he came over though. For the price we paid I would say I was a little disappointed. I was really excited for the drinks, but wasn't super impressed. Overall I guess I was expecting more for the money, but then again we were in Vegas where everyting is like three times more money than it is back home. "

  • "My daughter wanted to go to the Sugar Factory for her birthday because she remembered my husband and I had gone for our anniversary a few years ago and had ordered the dessert fondue. The entrée I had ordered last time was no longer on the menu. Instead I ordered the fettuccine which was dried out from being under a heating lamp and hugely over priced. $17 for a small plate of average tasting fettuccine? The set up for the fondue had changed as well and wasn't as impressive. Less food for higher prices. It was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation! The service was excellent and our server was wonderful. Up until that experience the Sugar Factory had been my favorite special occasion restaurant. Sadly, it isn't anymore. I won't return."

  • "Great food and service. We ordered that special big and I mean big glass of booze, it cost 35 dollars. We thought the glass came with it for that price. But if you also wanted the glass to take home -- that was 20 dollars. "
