I made reservations a week in advance for my daughter's 21 birthday.I had a group of five and requested a booth. When I arrived the hostess tried giving us a table and I reminded her that I requested a booth and she sat us at small booth that is meant for like 3 people. There were two large corner booths in the back that they had given to a group of two. I would recommend only going there for the drinks and desserts. The food was average and not worth the prices. If you were going to the Sugar Factory I would recommend the one on the strip because the atmosphere is more fun and exciting.

I've walked by this restaurant in the past, and it's generally been busy. On what should have been a busy Friday night, we were the only ones in there. It took about 20 minutes to get served a beer, even when there was no one else to be served. Two of our orders came out wrong (and again, our waitor had no one else to wait on but our table of 4). The menu is now small and pretty unsatisfying. I highly doubt we will be back.

We were very unhappy with the menu. Lots of drinks and desserts but the main dishes were rare. Got the specialty which was 27.95 $ for a little salmon and 6 piece of aspargus - the price wa nowhere announced and way overpriced. Especially because it was not really nice, too lemony (the waitress didn't care after my feedback). Burger and Fries were okay - but where is the challenge with that. I wouldn't go back.

Went to sugar for my birthday all we wanted was the big fancy drinks we didn't get our drinks til after dinner because they ran out of cups tried to explain to waitress it was my bday that's why we came for the drinks she walked off while I was in mid sentence then I look around table next to us gets their big drink right away after they just sat down my husband ordered a plain cheese burger it came out with gross dressing on it and to top it off they charged our receipt $4 for bacon he didn't even get the manager kept giving excuses for the experience but as a manager he should have drove 3 blocks to the closest sugar factory and borrowed some of their cups ..

Just need to get the word out more about Town Square location-1/2 of our party went 2 Paris because cabbie insisted it was the only one in Vegas!!

While the food tasted good I felt it was overpriced for what was available. I could get the same meal for half the price at many other places in town. The service was subpar. Our server was very friendly but took forever to come to the table after we were seated, only checked on us once after the meal was served and never brought the martini my husband ordered. We could see it sitting at the bar and had to ask a manager to bring it to the table. There were very few patrons in the establishment so couldn't understand the poor service. Water glasses sat empty for the majority of the meal. Needs some tweaking. Would not return.

It was overall a great time except for the lack of service from our waitress. It felt like she forgot about us, we had to ask other waiters for a few things because ours went missing in action. I would understand if the place was busy but it definitely wasn't busy what so ever we just had a bad server.

We decided to try the location at the town square since there was happy hour specials, but should have just went to the one in Paris. Service was slow even though it was empty. Myself and 2 girl friends each ordered pizzas. The waitress failed to mention to us that the pizzas were huge, which would be fine if we could actually use the left over, but our hotel did not have a fridge or microwave so 3/4 of each pizza went to waste. The drinks looked nothing like the pictures and was missing some of the cute candies that make the drinks special. After all is said and done, we learned our lesson, save the $40 cab ride there and back from the strip, the happy hour isn't worth it.

I had my Birthday Dinner at the Sugar Factory, I had to remind our waiter that it was my Birthday, but he did bring out an ice cream dessert top off by a sparkler. When we received our check I couldn't believe he charged us for the sparkler. I don't know, but I think this might be the last time we come back.

Our server Lauren was phenomenal, she was friendly and attentive. My only negative comment is for the manager who seemed about minor stuff that didn't even matter. He was attempting to force our server to fill up our water glasses after we let her know, we full and no need. His demeanor sucked period, but due to the server....I will be back!!

I took my best friend of 30 years to brunch for her birthday to "The Sugar Factory" at Town Square because that is where she wanted to go. Her food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but mine did not. The waiter came over 15 minutes later, and looked at me. He realized that I still had not received my food. He came with it quickly, but to was obvious to me it had been sitting for a LONG time. It was NOT hot at all. He offered to take it back to the kitchen, but my BFF was already done with hers. I told him it was fine. He came back a few minutes later, and said that he spoke with his manager, and because I decided to eat my food anyways they comp'd my plate. It was still tasty even cold. :)

I had been at this location before when it was a different restaurant. It seems like they put a fresh coat of paint on it & added a couple of chandeliers & a candy section to make it Sugar Factory. Service was fine. Food was nothing special. I've been to Sugar Factory @ Paris Hotel on the Strip & the location may warrant their prices but it is not worth paying those prices just to eat at a regular mall.

Big disappointment. My club sandwich didn't have much flavor. The Mac and cheese balls were nothing special. Vanilla bean ice cream in my ice cream sandwich didn't have much vanilla bean flavor. It was a little stuffy and hot inside. It wasn't that crowed and service was slow. My waiter was nice and tried to accommodate, but it couldn't make up for all the negatives.

The staff was awesome. The restaurant was soooo boring! We spent $30 on a cab to get there when, unknowing to us, we could have walked across the street from our hotel to another franchise. We made our reservations before going to LV. Only one franchise is advertised online! The staff tried to make it up to us by throwing in a free drink. By the way, the bathroom was absolutely filthy! Seems like they would have time to clean it with only 3 tables occupied. Without the great friendliness of the staff our visit would have been a total loss.

We had a great first visit to Sugar Factory! The specialty martini, Caramel Macchiato and specialty root bear float were amazing! Fun, complimentary birthday sundae with extra huge sparklers was super cute! With the table of 8 next to our table, nearest to the entrance had terrible acoustics. Definitely planning to reserve a table in the back or along the back was..

Went with a larger group for early dinner, nice surprise to find out it was happy hour. It's the standard fare, burgers & pizza, you'd find at an ice cream parlor, but they have a full bar with a sugary drink menu. Fun for kids & adults.

I've been to the Sugar Factory before, the Strip (Paris Hotel) location. There was a a Groupon for the Town Square location and decided to get it since I had a great experience at their other location. As nice as the servers were, the service at this location (even during lunch time) was VERY SLOW. Though it was slow, they were in a rush to clear the table even though there was plenty of seating. As we were paying our bill - our server took my drink away, and I wasn't even finished with it. Needless to say I was annoyed, so annoyed that I'd rather get out than complain about it. The candy in the "candy shop" section of the restaurant looks like it's been barely touched, so you don't know how old the candies are. Very Disappointing

After reading all of the hype about Sugar Factory, a friend and I decided to try it for lunch. The only good thing outside of seeing my friend, was that the steaks we chose were tender. Mine had far too much sauce on it. The waiter was inattentive and his help was pretty much the same. Short of speaking to a manager, who was not visible , I can say I've tried it and won't go back.

I loved the food I loved the drink , the service was poor , there was no point in making a reservation we were there on time and still waiting quite a while , this was all in celebrationof my 21st birthday and iI wish I chose another location. Our waitress seemed very attentative to ....everyone else we even started to feel like maybe she just didn't like us ..my friend and I work in customer service at a business around the corner and we were hoping to make that a new hangout spot but I'm afraid that won't happen . I even returned to townsquare for more festivities I loved the drinks at sugar factory but the thought of stepping back into that place after that service really killed that plan

I went to Sugar Factory because of all the hype about celebrities going there and the huge cocktail goblets that they serve. I ordered the lollipop passion goblet and it was pretty good, but they cheaped out and instead of the 3 lollipops + candy necklaces seen in the menu pictures, they only gave 2 lollipops. That's not cool if you're sharing with friends. Also, I highly recommend sharing this cocktail with at least 2-3 friends.... it is huge. I thought I would be able to bring some back to my hotel since many people freely drink on the streets at the Las Vegas strip, but this was not the case and a big portion of this drink went down the drain. What a shame. Would go just for the novelty of the drink, but otherwise, food is ordinary.

Sugar Factory was kind of a let down. The hype was a lot better than the reality. The music was extremely loud. So loud it was difficult to have a conversation at the table. The food quality and taste was average, at best; and a bit high priced. The desserts, however, were quite good. The place is kid friendly, but as loud as he music is kept I doubt you could hear a kid if you tried. Overall, it was an average find that was not as good as other places that charge half the price for the same food. I would not go out of my way to eat here and probably won't go back.

Alcoholic goblet really got me tipsy so be prepared if you drink one:) If you do a Yelp review, they will give you a $10 gift card for each person that does one, good for next visit.

We split a buffalo chicken sandwich and it looked good, but was just a buffalo chicken sandwich that they charge $12 for. The drinks are the reason to go here, but for me being a beer person I wasn't a huge fan of all the sugar in every drink. It's a fun place to try once, especially on happy hour, but we probably wont ever go back. When we checked in for our reservation, the first person went inside to check on seating. Another person came out and asked if we wanted to be seated, then another, then another, then the original person. Very offputting. When seated our waitress came by twice for our order, then she was switched out for a waiter that I'm assuming was sent in to pressure us to order. Nothing horrible, but definitely meh overall.

I had the cotton candy cosmopolitan and it was excellent . The tastiest drink I ever had. They have all kinds of fun drinks including one with "pop rocks". I had the chicken Marsala which was pretty good as well. Watch your bill though . We went during happy hour when drinks are half price but the bill showed full price ($12)for mine. They did fix it though. They have go let drinks which are $29 too - 56 ounces I believe- my group didn't try one.

I normally go to Sugar Factory at Paris because of the service and family ambience. I work for a big Hotel and Casino and service is really important, here not so much. The food got a delay, I had to remind the waiter for lemon twice, no silverware was given when requested once again I had to asked for to two different waiters. In general not good experience! I don't think I will come back here!
