  • "We went to Sugar Factory with a Groupon and I guess we shouldn't have told them we had it before ordering. The Groupon was for brunch for 2 with unlimited mimosas and bloody marys for 2 ppl. Before telling them we were offered an array of flavors for our mimosas, after, we were told there were only the regular flavors available. The mimosas were also very, very small so even in "unlimited" fashion you are lucky to have had 2 total. The food was OK, definitely not worth the $15/per plate (+) price and drinks?? You are looking at $15-30 per drink. Yes they are specialty drinks but still not that special! Our waitress came over to check on us what seemed like every 3 minutes-way too often. Overall, maybe a good place to go for specialty dessert"

  • "There were several service-related problems during the visit. The staff just didn't seem to have it together - no cream and sugar for coffee, food coming out at very different times, lack of responsiveness and general confusion. The food itself was tasty, though the portion size of the waffles was small compared to other items."

  • "Sat for 15 minutes after being seated without any service. We also had a groupon and when we showed it to them they put all these stipulations on it that were not written on the groupon and if we had known I never would have used the groupon. The eggs tasted fishy and we were only given an option to sit outside while the wind was blowing at around 25 mph. The sign out front kept getting blown over and it was very chilly. I would never go back to this Sugar Factory."

  • "Our kids (18 and 21) picked out this restaurant after we were in Vegas for a few days. It was good. Waitress was very courteous and friendly."

  • "Food was excellent. There's an amazingly creative extensive menu. The ambience was awesome and the staff smiled to see the customers smiling and having a great time. The only downside was a couple of the wait staff were confusing and slow, and it took forever to get our food after they finally came by to take our order. But that was overshadowed by the fact that they were friendly and the drinks were keeping the conversation going in the meantime."

  • "Plenty of drinks to choose from. Prices reasonable. I ordered the Classic Steak and it has very good, portion enough for 2 persons. My husband ordered the pizza and it was huge and tasty. Would definitely return when visiting Vegas."

  • "I found the restaurant to be incredibly noisy. The atmosphere was one table on top of the other and very loud with people trying to be heard over the loud music. We moved outside only to have the stereo way too loud. The service seemed to be slammed yet there were not a lot of diners. The food was okay; nothing special. I really don't know what this place is known for but with all the places in Las Vegas to dine, or even Town Square, I would not return nor recommend it."

  • "It was obvious that this was a newly opened restaurant. The server was inexperienced , difficult to find, and rude. The food is ok, but nothing special. I doubt that I will return to this location."

  • "The food was excellent!!! I got the buffalo chicken sandwich that was amazingly delicious! I recommend to everyone. My only thing is that it's a lil on the small side."

  • "We dine out all over Las Vegas. We have even been to the Sugar Factory on the Strip. During that visit, we walked out because no one ever came to our table. We live in Las Vegas and you could tell that the Sugar Factory on the Strip treated their customers like tourists. BUT, the Sugar Factory at Town Square was completely different. It not only had much, much better service it was some of the best service we have had in all of Las Vegas. Quick, friendly, attentive and responsive to our special needs. We were in a little bit of a hurry and our waiter did an outstanding job of keeping our meal going."

  • "I took my three daughters here to celebrate my oldest's 17th birthday. I had listed the occasion when I made my reservation but it was never acknowledged by any staff member. I got the fondu for four dessert with milk chocolate and was really disappointed, it was very soupy and we hardly ate any of it. Overall, the celebratory experience I had hoped for did not occur."

  • "Not impressed at all, they only had 1 wine choice for that night said they were out of all the wine It was our daughters 21 yrs birthday celebration I wrote it on the reservation, told them when we walked in and told the waiteres. No one sang happy birthday, no said anything Edie"

  • "It was out of the Las Vegas main strip area to go for dinner. My wife, my 3 daughters, and I came late because it was hard to find the restaurant location. We order a Rootbeer Float and Sexual Chocolate cocktails but the server forgot to put the order in, but it was okay because we were in no rush to go anywhere else. The restaurant ran out of ingredients for a "Peace and Love" cocktail so was the salmon. We ended up order steak and chicken sandwich with some onion rings and slider burger for the kids. Many came for dinner here because there was a Groupon offer for dinner and cocktails."

  • "Went there for lunch. It was my kids and fathers birthday (which we never even got around to telling them). We got in right away. Waiter took our drink order and we waited. My sister showed up about 5 mins lady. She ended up having to ask for her drink three times. We finally ordered. I asked for part of the order to be an appetizer and of course, it did not come out until the rest of the meal did. They got part of the order wrong. It was sent back and of course came back wrong. Waiter came back and checked on us. Took drinks out of the way that where not finished and dropped a mayo-covered knife into my sister’s purse. Talked to the manager and did discount our meal. We left to go get birthday dessert somewhere else."

  • "The evening was a much needed Date Night for me and my Husband. It was perfect. The drinks were exceptional. It made it even better when the drinks were half price, and the food was very good and plentiful. We got so full, we had no room for dessert. Maybe next time!"

  • "This was a mistake from the start… It's Not the one on the Strip - Dont Go. The restaurant remains empty at town square (bad sign). The manager in a red shirt walks around the empty restaurant and does not say hello to any of the 3 tables seated. The food was good but the service was so, so bad. The music was way too loud for an empty restaurant. Let's get to the server with attitude, 1. Did not check up on table 2. delivered food incorrectly 3. when spoke to customers - had severely bad attitude …. won't ever get me back to the town square location, (lucky I don't put it on trip advisor or yelp)"

  • "My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our dinner. He had salmon and I had a NY steak. Both very tasty. Service was a little slow, and they ran out of glasses so we couldn't get any ice water till after we had already started eating and still had to remind them. The big gobbling drink was yummy. We had the White gummy, I would differently get that again when I return. Over all its a great resturant. Wish they had a location in California. It would make serious money lol"

  • "Visited SugarFactory last weekend & the drinks were EXCELLENT, but the waitress we had literrally came to our table twice during our visit... to take our order and to collect our money... it was busy because they had a couple large partys but at one point there was a few maybe 3-5 staff members just hanging out by the doorway to the kitchen, not impressed by the service.. if the drinks werent sooooo good, i wouldnt recommend this sugarfactory location"

  • "Decided to have dinner there since we've been to the location inside the Paris casino, and very much enjoyed it. We arrived for dinner were seated and it took over 15 minutes just to get a drink order in. Eventually after another long wait we got our food order but that didn't do us any good cuz we weren't given any sorts if silverware to eat with. It took almost 10 minutes for that. After finishing our meal we figured maybe some dessert, but that was taking over 30 minutes so we diced to just ask for the check and get out of there as soon as possible. Will never be going back there again."

  • "If you want mediocre food for an expansive price this is the place. Another HOT Spot that over charges for small portions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Great for first and last time experience."

  • "This place is mediocre and overpriced. Plus, there is no kids' menu. If you have a child, you are stuck ordering $10.00 chicken fingers and $5.00 French fries. Really, $15.00 for a kid's lunch? I have no idea who would eat here (twice)."

  • "Went for a quick dinner and desert for my friends daughter. Menu was very limited, no chicken n waffles -Why? If I went 5 miles down the road we could have had. We spent 2 hours got appetizers and desert. Service was friendly but slow, food is not good, not worth the wait. Next time desert only! Oh and it was so tight and loud I was crawling out of my skin by the end of dinner. If your over 30 this isn't the place for you as it's way too loud."

  • "My girlfriends and I chose Sugar Factory because none of us had ever been and looking at the variety of drinks on the online menu was intriguing! It was one of my girlfriends birthdays so it seemed a great choice. Needless to say, we weren't disappointed. The drinks were phenomenal and the food was equally as awesome! From the Macaroni & Cheese Pops to the Chicken & Mushroom crepes, we enjoyed it ALL!!! This location at Town Square was not too busy when we arrived so that was also appealing. For me, this location was great! If the "hustle & bustle" of the Strip is a bit much, then I definitely recommend the Town Square location! Definitely will be back!! Happy Hour here we come!!!"

  • "Our third visit since the first two were great. We took friends; a manageable group of 8. Expecting drinks to be exceptionally sweet, I requested light syrup/less sweet. Second visit our berry bliss was perfect. This time, tooth rottingly saccharine. Burgers and pizza (all main courses) came out over 10 minutes apart. Didn't get the pizza order correct and the second pizza was a 4 cheese that this time had red sauce which it did not on our second visit. We didn't have time to send it back since it took so long in the first place. The one item consistently great is the ice-cream sundae."

  • "$14 for some wedges of lettuce, a spoon of dressing, a sprinkle of cheese and a little bacon that they call a wedge salad. What, did they make about $12 profit on it? The ham and cheese crepe was bland with liquid cheese and sliced Oscar Mayer ham. EVERYTHING is overpriced, way overpriced. Plastic patio chairs (at inside tables) were uncomfortable. Server was awkward. It was a strange dining experience. What do the stars like about it, that is costs so much? Only good thing was 1/2 off happy hour drinks, but when they charge $14 for a cocktail that just brings them into line with where they should be. No wonder it was empty! Don't waste your time."

  • "My boyfriend & I celebrated our anniversary at the new Sugar factory location in Town square. Our server was very friendly but seemed to be in the weeds and very busy. She did recommend a few cocktails for us. However, we felt like she was rushing the whole dinner process asking over and over again if we were ready to order our food when we really wanted to enjoy a few drinks before eating. The food & drinks were great! Our only huge complaint would be that the music was extremely loud to the point where I could barely hear my boyfriend talking and he was sitting right next to me."

  • "The service was slow initially, but did improve. Fries needed seasoning and no salt or pepper on the table. Blow Pop and Jolly rancher martinis were awesome. Pasta with the chicken parmesan was in desperate need of longer cooking. We will be back though. Do not recommend the red velvet martini at all,"

  • "The food was good (the steak was excellent), the service was a little slow but still good. The music was really loud, it was more like a bar scene type atmosphere than a restaurant. The decor was very good. It was a cool place to hang out, tailored more for adults than children/teens."

  • "Was looking for a restaurant for a holiday party when family came to town. I would not have typically selected something like this, but the HUGE menu was a major draw. I figured anybody would find something. I was a bit concerned it might be too wild or loud for some of the guests, but it was not. Overall, it was a fun atmosphere with a huge menu and good food. The prices were a bit high, but not outrageous. I'd definitely go back."
