  • "We had a great first visit to Sugar Factory! The specialty martini, Caramel Macchiato and specialty root bear float were amazing! Fun, complimentary birthday sundae with extra huge sparklers was super cute! With the table of 8 next to our table, nearest to the entrance had terrible acoustics. Definitely planning to reserve a table in the back or along the back was.."

  • "Went with a larger group for early dinner, nice surprise to find out it was happy hour. It's the standard fare, burgers & pizza, you'd find at an ice cream parlor, but they have a full bar with a sugary drink menu. Fun for kids & adults."

  • "The food was yummy! We had the eggs Benedict and shared a sundae. The service was a little inattentive and our server brought our check before asking if we wanted anything more, and we did."

  • "After reading all of the hype about Sugar Factory, a friend and I decided to try it for lunch. The only good thing outside of seeing my friend, was that the steaks we chose were tender. Mine had far too much sauce on it. The waiter was inattentive and his help was pretty much the same. Short of speaking to a manager, who was not visible , I can say I've tried it and won't go back."

  • "I loved the food I loved the drink , the service was poor , there was no point in making a reservation we were there on time and still waiting quite a while , this was all in celebrationof my 21st birthday and iI wish I chose another location. Our waitress seemed very attentative to ....everyone else we even started to feel like maybe she just didn't like us ..my friend and I work in customer service at a business around the corner and we were hoping to make that a new hangout spot but I'm afraid that won't happen . I even returned to townsquare for more festivities I loved the drinks at sugar factory but the thought of stepping back into that place after that service really killed that plan"

  • "I went to Sugar Factory because of all the hype about celebrities going there and the huge cocktail goblets that they serve. I ordered the lollipop passion goblet and it was pretty good, but they cheaped out and instead of the 3 lollipops + candy necklaces seen in the menu pictures, they only gave 2 lollipops. That's not cool if you're sharing with friends. Also, I highly recommend sharing this cocktail with at least 2-3 friends.... it is huge. I thought I would be able to bring some back to my hotel since many people freely drink on the streets at the Las Vegas strip, but this was not the case and a big portion of this drink went down the drain. What a shame. Would go just for the novelty of the drink, but otherwise, food is ordinary."

  • "The food has small portions the food doesn't taste as good or was as big as the portions on the one on the Las Vegas strip. One night and day difference compared to the restaurant on the strip."

  • "Sugar Factory was kind of a let down. The hype was a lot better than the reality. The music was extremely loud. So loud it was difficult to have a conversation at the table. The food quality and taste was average, at best; and a bit high priced. The desserts, however, were quite good. The place is kid friendly, but as loud as he music is kept I doubt you could hear a kid if you tried. Overall, it was an average find that was not as good as other places that charge half the price for the same food. I would not go out of my way to eat here and probably won't go back."

  • "Outstanding service. Went for happy hour. Drinks, appetizers, pizza and burgers were half off. Mac n cheese pops were yummy, pizza was hot and crispy. Our waitress Lauren was a pleasure. Alcoholic goblet really got me tipsy so be prepared if you drink one:) If you do a Yelp review, they will give you a $10 gift card for each person that does one, good for next visit."

  • "We split a buffalo chicken sandwich and it looked good, but was just a buffalo chicken sandwich that they charge $12 for. The drinks are the reason to go here, but for me being a beer person I wasn't a huge fan of all the sugar in every drink. It's a fun place to try once, especially on happy hour, but we probably wont ever go back. When we checked in for our reservation, the first person went inside to check on seating. Another person came out and asked if we wanted to be seated, then another, then another, then the original person. Very offputting. When seated our waitress came by twice for our order, then she was switched out for a waiter that I'm assuming was sent in to pressure us to order. Nothing horrible, but definitely meh overall."

  • "I had the cotton candy cosmopolitan and it was excellent . The tastiest drink I ever had. They have all kinds of fun drinks including one with "pop rocks". I had the chicken Marsala which was pretty good as well. Watch your bill though . We went during happy hour when drinks are half price but the bill showed full price ($12)for mine. They did fix it though. They have go let drinks which are $29 too - 56 ounces I believe- my group didn't try one."

  • "I normally go to Sugar Factory at Paris because of the service and family ambience. I work for a big Hotel and Casino and service is really important, here not so much. The food got a delay, I had to remind the waiter for lemon twice, no silverware was given when requested once again I had to asked for to two different waiters. In general not good experience! I don't think I will come back here!"

  • "our server was outstanding (Rickie) and the food was excellent! my steak frites was really good and the steak cooked to perfection! the pizza and the hamburger were equally good and so were the drinks. The manager was really accomodating (forgot to use the voucher we had and came back the next day to claim the discount! He was nice enough to still give us the discount ! ) nice people, nice atmosphere, good food!"

  • "We visited Sugar Factory for both brunch and dinner over a weekend and loved it. We came back on our last day for lunch and it was awful. My girlfriend had a BLT crepe and it was so good the first time, she wanted it again. The second time (lunch), the cook/chef decided to add asparagus to the recipe!! It is not part of their menu or in the description! Really? It was a much smaller portion as well. Her salad did not have any dressing either. I saw a pizza at dinner and it looked REALLY good so I ordered one for lunch. Even the waiter noticed it was very greasy when he was bringing it! I think they screwed up the BLT crepe and left the pizza cooking too long! They comp'd our lunch due to the inconsistency. We'll be back but not for lunch!"

  • "What is there to say other than everything was AMAZING! The goblet drinks were so good that we could not have just one. On top of that our food was HOT and delicious. Our server was helpful when it came to helping us decide what we should order. It was a wonderful and memorable dinner and we will be back."

  • "I wouldn't call the Sugar Factory fine dining, but the food is really good and reasonably priced. Especially when you are in Las Vegas. I would really recommend going there for breakfast or lunch. Everything is really tasty and fairly inexpensive. I liked the Strawberry Brioche French Toast and I have also had their Chicken and Waffles and Steak and Eggs before. I have never left feeling like the food was bad. The service is a little spotty, but not bad. I wouldn't go there for dinner probably, but I would go there for lunch or breakfast while on vacation for sure!"

  • "I was not pleased at all. They forgot (missed our order) of milkshakes. So, our drinks came with our order of food. I ordered appetizers, they never came out. Turns out, the waiter told us that the cooks failed to mention that they did not have anymore onion rings. If I would of never asked for my appetizers, nothing would of said. Not pleased at all. Especially because I tokk my daughter and friends their for her birthday."

  • "Food presentation is amazing. Taste is pretty good. Prices are ridiculously high for a place with plastic tables and chairs. Very uncomfortable chairs! The place was loud but I guess that's ok if you have loud kids. Just doesn't make it easy for conversation."

  • "I've been to other location and it was wonderful. But at this location I had a horrible experience. Service was HORRIBLE & I would've been better off going threw a drive thru. Over priced as well... The atmosphere was nice but I feel like it was a waste off $110"

  • "not sure if it was the fact that this place is fairly new but I was not impressed. After sitting for a few seconds what I think was the FOH Manager came up to us and asked us if we had been greeted yet, we had but the way he said it was almost interrogating like. Asked for drinks by someone else, we ordered two beers , my friend ordered water. they were out of the beer we ordered which to me is weird, its Saturday night in Vegas...and they forgot one of my friends waters. Finally met our server who was pleasant. The food was OK, nothing to write home about and a place that is renowned for their desserts I thought would be fabulous. I ordered the red Velvet cake and it had no flavor.Theres more but this is the jist of it"
