  • "Sublime was awesome! The food and service was wonderful! ! I am not a vegan but I enjoyed the entrées. Wonderful atmosphere!"

  • "We had a very good time dining at Sublime. Our waitress, Rachel, was very good, knowledgeable and attentive. It's a classy restaurant and so is Rachel. I would recommend Sublime for a very nice dining experience."

  • "The owner introduced herself and checked on us, but when we had a problem she was rude and did nothing to correct it. Only two of the six items we ordered could be called "good" and one was inedible but was not replaced or removed from the ticket. Very disappointed."

  • "We have been here before. Sublime is one of the few restaurants that my wife can order anything off of the menu. She loves the coconut cake. I can't believe the cheesecake didn't have cheese; it was delicious!"

  • "My meat eating boyfriend & vegetarian self went to this restaurant for our anniversary & we loved it. We plan on returning every year. He had Mac& Cheese (he loved it) & sublime picatta (not so much.. But it was really good!!!) while I devoured a Caesar salad (didn't bring a lot of dressing so all for extra on the side of you'd like but it was perfect for my taste buds. The croutons were not very crunchy, eh. The tasty lemony dressing really makes up for that. The lettuce is nice and green too, very fresh. The mushroom ravioli was incredible. The pasta is a bit chewy and the filling is creamy. I honestly can't describe the flavor, but I can say it exceeded my high expectations. We shared a delicious chocolate nirvana, his favorite part."

  • "Been to Sublime several times, food is good, but they need to add more entrees to their menu. The mushroom raviloi is great. Didn't enjoy the risotto (tasted pasty). Overall I love the place and the food."

  • "I'm a regular here, but the food was just slightly off tonight."

  • "Took my mom here a couple of years ago for a nice alternative dinner (she is not vegan), and she loved it! Now we go every time she visits my area. The food is always good quality and well prepared. Drinks are good, and coconut cake is awesome! The service is always good. Nancy, the owner, makes it a point to visit every table to make sure everyone is having a great experience. I live close to Sublime, and have never had a bad experience! I love that proceeds go to animal rights. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great dining experience. I feel very fortunate to live so close to such a amazing restaurant."

  • "My husband tried Sublime for the first time on Thursday, July 3rd. The restaurant has a very nice decor with a serene atmosphere. The host was extremely courteous with a warm personality. We ordered cocktails and my watermelon martini was a little too strong for my liking. Michael was very accommodating and suggested that the remake it by adding some more sour mix and not so much alcohol. The 2nd attempt was perfect! I had the raw mein and my husband had the Thai curry. We enjoyed both dishes but saved some room for their coconut cake which was delicious! We highly recommend Sublime to vegetarians and non-vegetarians looking for something different. Only downside is that its not close to home but definitely worth the drive."

  • "Party of 5 dine in on 7/3/2014 Good Points: Host was very friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Appetizers were generally done well. Ordered: Soft Pretzel (very good) Cauliflower (very good) Tuscan Flatbread (not good, the bread is very thin and was slightly burned. Ended up being a cracker than bread. Areas for Improvements: Entrees are mediocre and over priced. Ordered: Black Bean Burger - sadly the best part was the bun. Burger was rather bland. Veggie Lasagna - marinara sauce was mediocre, lots of veggies, not greasy at all, but very little cheese was in it (ricotta or mozzarella) Risotto Cake x 2 - bland Thai Veggie Curry - bland * Waiter was a bit standoff-ish Conclusion: Overpriced for Quality Received"

  • "I love this restaurant! It's so refreshing to have a restaurant nearby that specializes in vegan food, especially having lived in L.A. previously, where it seemed there was one on every corner. My husband and I dined with friends who had not been there before, and they loved it too!"

  • "The restaurant remains a winner despite chef changes. The owner has been able to train kitchen staff to cook the menu. She will usually come out and visit your table. Definitely the best vegetarian restaurant I've been to,"

  • "It was a pleasure to dine in this restaurant. The restaurant itself is very beautiful and the waitstaff is incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and interesting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in trying Vegan cuisine."

  • "I was very much intrigued to have a vegan meal that would rise to a high level, but it didn't happen. The wine list, by glass, was unimpressive. The macaroni/cheese was stiff, the pesto polenta dry, and the portabella entre was unappealing. I very much liked the mushroom ravioli with great pasta and fine, buttery sauce. I can't imagine a return."

  • "This was my first time (other than Vegan Pizza) eating strictly Vegan food. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. I had quite a few different items on the menu, each having its pwm distinct flavor. My feeling of "it can't be that bad" had slowly changed after each dish to a feeling that I can see myself in the future craving certain items on the menu. It was a very refreshing change, and we will definitely dine at Sublime in the future."

  • "It is rare to find a vegan fine dining restaurant in South Florida. Just because I stopped eating meat doesn't mean I stopped being a spoiled New Yorker! Ever since I became a vegan the one thing that I have missed is the ambience of traditional restaurants. It is wonderful to have an impressive place to bring my friends, vegan and carnivore alike. The selection of entrees and wine are widely varied, the food is great, and the portions are sizeable."

  • "I brought my semi vegan girlfriend here with 10 or our carnivore friends. They originally did not have a table to fit us all, but were more than happy to set up the one long table that they have after another party got over. The drink selection was good and everyone was able to find something they liked. Once we were seated we got some apps and they were great! Everyone seemed to love the deep fried cauliflower with asian flavor. The menu was somewhat limited but everyone found something that interested them and seemed happy enough with the food once it arrived. The one negative thing that I found is that the wait staff was uninformed about the food and service was very slow."

  • "Maybe my love of vegetables (not a full time vegetarian) and spice and rich flavors just makes this a restaurant I did not like. Service not at all attentive on a very quiet evening. Had to do the wild hand wave to break up chatter at the front desk to get our check. Thai curry was boring. Dishes we ordered seemed 80% shredded carrots. Risotto cake dry. Burger became condiments between bread to get some flavor. Coconut cake (ordered after reading other OT reviews) was like a stone and more of a temperature (very cold) than a flavor. We asked for hot sauce and they only had one option. Need spice, need to roast some veggies and lure out flavors. Dal? A pasta primivera ? Too many menu options fried or obviously high calorie. Sorry."

  • "Pricey - both appetizer and main course were good, with appetizer actually being tastier. Portabello tenderloin too small for price. Service was fine. Not sure I would go back - nothing notable"

  • "Everything on the menu is compliant with vegan content. The Frito Misto is fantastic and a must to start out your meal. Everything on the menu is excellent, but my personal favorite is the ravioli. We frequent this restaurant at least once a month. We frequently take friends who are not vegans and have no dietary restrictions. They all enjoy the experience and have trouble believing that everything is healthy. The ambience is terrific and the service is consistently superb."

  • "This place takes vegan dining to another level. to my surprise as you enter the restaurants is classy and romantic. The food choices amazing. The service was excellent. the owner came over and greeted everyone. The server made great suggestions as well. Definitely try the coconut cake, the artichoke starter. we had the bean burger and gardein "chicken" picatta and it was amazing, I couldn't stop eating it!! The moscato wine was amazing as well. A perfect meal on vacation! definitely will return on a future trip. "

  • "Very good vegan food. The Frito Miso is an excellent appetizer. I had the mushroom ravioli, my daughter had the Red Curry and my husband had the fresh arugula salad and the artichoke. Everything was very good. The owner of the restaurant came by and chatted with us about her passion for being kind to the animals and her non profit that she started. Don't miss this place, it's really good !!"

  • "It is refreshing to look at a menu and not have to worry if I can eat the soup or an appetizer because everything at Sublime is vegan! From the complementary Polenta to the unique tofu offerings, every dish at Sublime has a unique twist that is an adventure in your mouth. The meals are hearty enough to satisfy a carnivore. They would have trouble telling the difference between the bar-b-que tofu and grilled chicken. Sublime delivers even if you aren't a vegan."

  • "We came here, because my wife did a lot research for a vehan couple for their anniversary. To be honest, we are meat lovers, but we went with an open mind to try something different. We went in for a surprise! We loved everything, from beginning to end. Is a small menu, which is great, it means they really concentrate on great dishes. We would definetely go back again. "

  • "Sublime, a world renown vegan restaurant, is truly sublime, a perfect dining experience. We absolutely love it.Theowner, Nanci Alexander always walks to every table, greeting the diners. The food is excellent and we always love what we order. The soups change daily and are always yummy. This is the only place I can order soup since most soups are chicken broth based. The ambiance is great and the staff absolutely wonderful. Our server, Dayna, remembered us from the last time she served us. Sublime is a restaurant we always love going to - a wonderful treat for us."

  • "We went for Mother's Day. Waiter gushed over table next to us and was rude to us! He rolled eyes when I asked for extra croutons and we paid three dollars for them. I didn't finish salad and Main course came. One hour and 70 dollars later we wished we had returned To Casablanca on ft lauderdale beach where service and food were fabulous!! Go there Instead for view food and service. Worst service and attitude! My vegan daughter Was hopeful but waiter ruined my Mother's Day :( "
