  • "I came here for an Anniversary dinner. I love the ambience. The food was excellent. Word of warning the side dishes are huge! Plus you get a basket of soft pretzels (which I could've done without) which stuffs you up. You could easily get away with an appetizer or side soup and a main course and not get an ala cart side. My boyfriend and I split two sides and that was too much. The desserts and drinks were wonderful too. The service was very good but did drop off once we received our main entrees. It was a very good experience and look forward to returning again."

  • "We've lived in Avon for over 6 years, and have finally just made it over to Strip this weekend. Shame on us for waiting so long--it really is a neighborhood gem! The restaurant has a very cool atmosphere being that it's in an old barn. We had mussels (which I didn't taste), and almond prawns which were to die for! I am not a huge meat eater and would almost forgo the steak and make that my meal--it was that good!! My 6 oz filet and my husband's strip steak were both delicious, however. Our table also ordered the bone-in lamb chops, wedge & spinach salads, creamed corn & steamed broccoli. All really delicious! The pretzel breadsticks they serve are so yummy, too. We will definitely be returning--I'm craving those prawns already!!"

  • "This was my first trip to the Strip. And this place is now my number one spot for a great steak dinner. Everything was perfect! Our waiter was awesome very knowledgeable of the menu and beer menu. The apps. are huge, plenty of leftovers when you eat here. Steaks were cooked perfectly and some of the best I have ever had. Dessert was a special treat. Tiracatta! Trimistu and cassata cake! Who knew?! We will be regulars now for sure. I always say if you are going to spend the money get something for it and at Strip you get more then you expected. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! 10 out of 10!"

  • "First time guest and all four of us enjoyed the evening. One of our party had gluten allergy and waitress was very attentive to that. Also, a vegetarian in the group and all were very pleased with options and quality. But the star there is definitely the red meat options. Haven't had a steak that tasty in awhile and all agreed. Good find and we will be back!"

  • "Nothing to complain about here. The food was excellent, the service was excellent. Dinner was served at a perfect pace. They didn't shove food on the table while you're still eating a course. There wasn't an extreme amount of time between serving the courses. The food was at a perfect temperature and perfectly seasoned. Lovely presentation. Downstairs was cold but upstairs was perfect."

  • "I've been wanting to try this place for a few years now and I'm glad we finally got around to going. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent food. Started off with cocktails and had very good tortilla chicken soup. They also brought out pretzel breadsticks with your choice of regular butter or a whipped peanut butter that my girlfriend found odd but I loved. We both had steaks which were perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Even though the sides are noted as being for two we splurged and got a loaded backed potato and pierogis, which we suggested by the waitress as a special. Both were fantastic but were too large to finish as expected. Followed up dinner with a wonderful creme brulee. Definitely enjoyed the experience and the ambiance."

  • "We celebrated an anniversary dinner at The Strip and enjoyed all aspects---food, atmosphere, and service. Our steaks were done just right, and we enjoyed the scalloped potatoes, the teriyaki vegetables, and the wedge salad (which is a variation from the usual wedge). The sides were generous and we also shared the wedge. The tater tots appetizer was good but not a repeat for our palates. Our server was outstanding and our table in the upstairs loft area was perfect for the occasion."

  • "Our meal and the service were absoluetly excellent. 5 stars all around, with two minor exceptions: (1) we were seated close to the bar area and the music was a little too loud for the group we had there for dinner. While the speakers were pointed toward the bar, it was also loud in our area, which made it somewhat difficult to talk around the table. This is something that can be easily addressed. (2) it was cold - in the single digits - and that meant it was somewhat cold in the restaurant as well. This was a unique instance because it was so cold outside, I'm sure it is normally very comfortable there. These two issues would never keep us from going back because the food and the service were simply fantastic. Highly recommended."

  • "My husband and I shared the dinner for 2. We started with the Lavender Scallops. They were excellent (although we didn't pick up too much lavender). Both of us ordered soup. I had the Lobster Bisque, and my husband had the chef's special chicken tortilla soup. Both were excellent. The 6oz filets were cooked to perfection, but did not have a lot of flavor on their own. The sauces and compound butters definitely enhanced the flavor. Two sides came with our dinner. We ordered the broccoli (which was excellent), and the risotto (which was mediocre). For dessert, we had the Tiramasata (combination of tiramisu and cassata cake). OMG - delicious!"

We have never been disappointed . The food is absolutely amazing and we love the atmosphere because we feel as though we are sitting alone and aren't at all distracted by other tables or commotion ! We were quickly seated and wound up haing the same table and waiter, Joe, for the occassion.I was inpressed that we had the same server as we did one year ago; a compliment to the restaurant in regard to staff retention. Joe was engaging, comfortable, and guided us through an enjoyably delicious and memorable evening."

  • "My wife and I have been going here for the past 3 years for Valentine's Day and we never leave disappointed, but we do however always leave stuffed. We tried something new and different every time, and what usually sounds like a crazy combination of foods turns out to be one of the most amazing things we've ever eaten. And these are just the appetizers. The food has always been something to look forward to, even if you're full by the time the main course is served. The staff has always been exceptional as well. Always focused on taking care of your needs and displaying their knowledge and familiarity with the menu. Overall, a great experience with new and familiar foods, with a wonderful setting for a dinner for two."

  • "Strip has got to be my husband and my favorite restaurant of all time. Set in a refurbished barn, the ambience and surroundings are perfect! The art on the walls is spectacular, the lighting is perfect for romantic dinners, and we love the old beams! Strip is absolutely perfect for special occasions because the staff treats you like royalty. We also love the owner/chef, Ron. He comes to our table everytime we're in the restaurant, and is a genuinely good hearted and fun man. Steaks are aged, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Drinks are always fresh. And the creme brulee...... to die for. Worth the 2 hour drive and pricey menu everytime for us!"

  • "I can sum it up very simply, since this happens every time I go to Strip: the steaks are beyond comparison, but skip the sides! I've never had a bad meal there, but it bears mentioning because the side dishes are consistently lacking. Please, bring your accommpanying dishes up to the par of your steaks!"
