Strip House - Las Vegas
Great food, service, and wine!Great food, service, and wine! Our server knew the perfect wine to pair with our meal-a Brochelle zinfandel! We will be back to dine again!
Thank you!5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMClassy with a little edgeFood was awesome. Atmosphere was sophisticated. Servers were very polite. There are black and white pictures all over the restaurant with a bunch of pin-ups models, a few of whom are topless (not too obvious unless you're very observant), so I'd keep the kids away. But relatively speaking, it's about as tasteful as you can get (for having topless models on your walls, I guess).5/13/2013 12:00:00 AMExcellent food and serviceSteak was cooked to perfection and potatoes were phenomenal. Wait staff was excellent.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Gem in PHGreat steaks and sides.....appetizers were awesome. Try the 27 layer cake if you dare!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing SteakThis place was great from start to finish. Try the garlic bread appetizer. It's served on a pile of melted cheese.
Absolutely delicious!!! Best filet I've had in a long time. Was recommended to me by a friend and can promise
I will recommend to anyone looking for a great meal in Vegas. PH has a really cool vibe. Have never been to this casino
And will definitely go back!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMThe off-menu 14oz dry-agedThe off-menu 14oz dry-aged boneless ribeye is one of the best I've had. Also, you have to get the crisp goose fat potatoes. It tastes pretty much as good as it sounds. Service is very prompt; also, they will make recommendations but will not be pushy.5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMAmazing food and Service! We thoroughly enjoyed our service and dinner. Troy was our server, backed up by Brett and Michael. All were wonderful and entertained our tables antics. Cheese platter and oysters were delish, as were our entrees. The 24 layer chocolate cake was to die for and is definately big enough to share and still have some left over. Will definately go back!5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved the old Hollywood feel...foodLoved the old Hollywood feel...food was delicious! Huge portions4/28/2013 12:00:00 AMOne and doneFood was decent. Lobster was under cooked, warmed up and reserved. For the price of the meal you'd think they'd make a more concerted effort to correct an error as such. Enjoyed the food and ambiance but wouldn't go back. Nothing special.4/28/2013 12:00:00 AMOur server was fantastic asOur server was fantastic as was the food and overall service.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had the Porterhouse forWe had the Porterhouse for two and it was prepared perfectly as ordered. The setting was great for a quiet meal. We have ate previously at Ramsey' Restaurant and we enjoy the setting better ( no laud music).4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMFrom the moment we sat down,From the moment we sat down, everything was perfect. We ate early because we had to catch a show, so we were the first to be seated. Our table was in the farthest corner of the restaurant, yet our waiter would magically appear every time we needed anything. It was like he could predict when & what we would need. He suggested making my typical drink a little different and it was the best I've ever had. We had the filet mignons, spinach & mushrooms. We wanted to order dessert, but we were too full. We will go back! Only downside was that they didn't allow us to bring a bottle of champagne with us, even with a corkage fee :( But they stored t for us until we could pick it up.4/4/2013 12:00:00 AMOrder the right food for enjoymentWe ate at this restaurant at the recommendation of a waiter at Outback on the strip.
Here's what we had. I started with the scallops appetizer and though they were good, I only got two scallops. My wife ordered the calamari and they were more plentiful and very good.
I had read the reviews and thought surely people who complained about the steaks were wrong. I had the bone-in ribeye while my wife had the surf-and-turf filet and lobster. The ribeye was way too salty, but the surf and turf was great. If you like calamari and surf-and-turf, you'll be happy. The ribeye was a disappointment at this price. Get bearnaise instead of their steak sauce.4/1/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Strip House is our favoriteThe Strip House is our favorite restaurant destination when visiting Las Vegas. If you want to treat yourselves to a fine dining experience and splurge a little this is a terrific spot. And if you are daring, take a look at their "Bucket List" of special wines! Enjoy.3/27/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food and service wereThe food and service were outstanding! This is a great Vegas dinner spot without all the hype. Terrific hidden secret. The steaks are super and the baked potato with all the topping choices makes it fun and delicious!3/26/2013 12:00:00 AMVery welcoming and flexibleStaff were very accommodating as two people from my party were running late and they gave us a flexible start time.
Ambiance was excellent and the service was very good.
The dry-aged steak was tender and was full of flavor, however, the Lobster Bisque was below par for me and the potato side dish was small and lacked the flavor of it's entree counterpart.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMPricey but Delicious!GREAT STEAK!!! The restaurant and atmosphere is great a little dark gives a romantic vibe but great for group of friends as well. It's a little pricey but the food is great! Great steak and their baked potato a must!3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMThe food and the service wasThe food and the service was outstanding! The only negative was the loud table up front (which interrupted our meal a few times). I understand there's not much the restaurant can do about obnoxious customers though, so it's not a ding against Strip House. Our waiter was absolutely amazing! He was like a waiter ninja -- silverware would appear out of nowhere and we would be sitting there wondering where it came from! lol3/15/2013 12:00:00 AMFacial expressionsI am going to start this on a high note........Brian (server) was amazing! Extremely nice and courteous as well as a delightful attitude the entire time we were there. The food was also amazing and we do love the restaurant. We will return, however I do need to point out the uncomfortable moment when we approached the restaurant. There were two blonde girls at the desk and the one behind the desk that walked us to the table was fine, but the blonde standing in front of the desk was awful. As my husband and I walked up to her she looked at us with such contempt, such an ugliness that we instantly felt that we were not welcomed there. We were even dressed up because we were going to a show that night.
Facial expressions need to be worked on3/1/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place. The steaks andGreat place. The steaks and black truffled spinach are amazing1/19/2013 12:00:00 AM
