Chef Clemente trained in his familial homeland… of Benevento (Napoli) Italy in early 2000's where he honed his skills under some of the great chefs of the area. He also spent time training in Spain, Portugal, and Greece where he rounded out his knowledge of the Mediterranean Cuisine.
