Chef Kelvin Fernandez has created a menu that reflects the influences of his past, with an intuitive nod towards current, and evolving trends. As trends in the… fashion industry are forever changing, there will always be those classic styles that remain timeless. Cuisine is very much the same way and Chef Kelvin demonstrate's this with his new menu. With a bench swing, a fireplace, and an enchanting fish tank (yes that's right a big fish tank!) the interior is quirky yet comfortable. "Tucked in the Strand Hotel lobby on a mid-30s street this was not an easy find. Food was well thought out and seafood items (salmon and scallops) were prepared just right - medium rare. Service was attentive, but not invasive. And the room had a good level of noise, lighting and areas/banquettes that worked for groups of 6-8. Cool corn soup was creamy, refreshing and light."

"The food her was above average. The pork chop was vrey very good and the bar tender makes very good scotch and bourbon based drinks, i.e. manhattans & old fashions etc. Definitely a place I would go back to if I needed a reservation in short order. Won't disappoint."
